Nice hotel in great location
Great location in Pattaya

This was a really nice hotel with many amenities. The location is perfect, just off of Beach Rd about a 10 minute walk from Walking Street.

Lovely and great location but small room space
Nice room with ipod audio system
6.7
location is good, near beach and walking steet for night life and shopping mall. room is nice but little small, special shower room is really small, not for two people.
Nightlife Tip:
300 meter to walking street which is many restaurants, bars, beer bars and agogo bars.

Modern hotel in a great location
great location, ipod dock in room
7.3
the hotel's lobby design was refreshing. cute chairs and tables, with a hint of pink furred cushions to in line with valentine's day week. 2 large imacs were useful for those who need to do a quick surf on the net while on holiday and wifi was working.
hotel staffs were helpful and room was large with adjustable lighting ambiance. great stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Literally walking distance to the beach, walking street and Royal Garden Plaza where Ripley's is at. Little strip of night market is located right in front of the hotel, so no vehicle allowed after 5pm.

Great location, large clean rooms and friendly
Short walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment
9.7
The Aya is a beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms and nice bathrooms. Well located near the beach in a quiet area of busy Pattaya, but within walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms are super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
The Italian restaurant by the hotel serves great pizza.

Convenient simple hotel
Location, location, location.
7.7
The hotel was in a great location and for the price point, it was certainly value for money. I thought that the proximity to the entertainment outlets would make it noisy but surprisingly the rooms were well insulated.

Good location, smallish rooms, good staff
6.7
Check-in was fairly quick, and check-out was good as well. No on site parking which is a bit of a pain for those of us with a car. But they have arranged off-site parking at no cost which is good.
Now this hotel has a joiner fee for 3rd++ guests. And the fee is a bit steep at 900 baht.

The hotel is at a very good location. It is just a few minutes away from the Royal Graden Plaza and five-minute walk to the walking street.
The hotel has changed its name from the Fraser Resort (previously). The price has gone up when compared with my stay previously. The hotel is not old but proper maintenance is really needed, like the iphone dock has been broken.

Nice Staff - Enjoyable Stay
Central location to the action
8
The hotel is in the middle of all the action but is not noisy. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are not particularly special but the rooms are very nice and chicly decorated. I would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the Tiger Zoo.,
