Nicely decorated and very clean
The hotel is on beachfront and that is its greatest selling point, but you could get a room with no sea view so make sure you specify. There is a dvd library free of charge - mainly old films so buy a new one down the street - and also a massage place on second floor. I think the breakfast area is a bit fiddly - bit of an obstacle course after too many beers the night before, but I realise space is limited. Overall, the hotel is good value for money if you get view of sea. There are cheaper hotels with swimming pools but on the second road.

Value for money, Well maintained Rooms and Location.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown.
The hotel is located in the northern part of Pattaya strip away from the hustle and bustle of central and southern parts. The rooms are well designed and relatively well maintained.
The front desk knew decent English and that is something you don't come across in Thailand. Will want to stay again in Baboona.

good service and wonderful library
only 2-3 car parking space available for customer
the room is very clean and decorated with modern touch. the balcony for seaview room is beautiful and gives a great view for morning sunrise. the library of the hotel is very charming. the restuarant food is delicious and the service provided by the attendants are really great.a small but very aromatic spa is also available at the hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the beach is just opposite of the hotel
