Good hotel, recently built and good location

Great location opposite the beach and the opposite direction to walking street which keeps the noise to a minimum. Easy access to tuk tuks out the front which a relatively inexpensive.

Great location with friendly staff

Enjoyed stay at Baboona, has agreat location on beach road. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was well presented and had great view looking over the beach. Would definetly stay again, recommend the sea view rooms,great to sit on balcony and relax.

great location, right on the beach.. good laid out breakfast. nice in room entertainment system with good collection of dvds. surprise complimentary mini bar :) & above all.. great rooms
Restaurant Tip:
Lot of restaurants nearby.. Walking Street a little far.. so have to take a tuk tuk every time.. Better to tell them to take near Holiday Inn.. because many dont know about the hotel location.

i have been statying in baboona beach quite frequently. it is a nice hotel with clean rooms and good rate. the service is good (8 out of 10). the only negative is that they do not have a pool however you can use the beach cross the street. the hotel provides beach towels.

Highly satisfied in my 2 days stay in Baboona Hotel, Pattaya. It's located on the prime area of beach road. Good restaurants around the hotel including hotels own. Hotel is relatively calm in respect of Pattaya night life, suitable for traveler want some quiet time during holidays.
Hotel interior decorations are amazing, gives a special feelings in your mind.
Big beds and good room amenities. Excellent big sea view balcony overlooking the Pattaya beach road but take high floor to have clear view.
Good Thai & western cuisines are available in the hotel restaurant.
Good Spa arrangements are also available in the Hotel itself with competitive rates.

Nice hotel at a very good location

Had a short 2 night but good stay at Baboona. Was the first time I stayed here.
What I like about this hotel is that it is not a massive size tourist hotel but a smaller size boutique style hotel. The atmosphere is more relaxed here and the area around the hotel is more quiet at night.
It is located directly opposite of the beach at the North beach road and around 20 minutes by foot to the walking street.
Room was spacious and clean (you have to book the 5th or 6th floor seaview deluxe though). Bed was comfortable, airco working well, flat screen tv with many international channels,
decent bathroom with a well working rain shower and hand shower. My room had a DVD player but my friend's room had a mini sound system as well. The rooms are fairly modern in design.
You get daily one beer, bottled water, a coke and a milk free from the mini bar which is a good touch.
Breakfast selection is not big but all eggs, bacon and sausage are all freshly made to order with additional Danish pastry, fresh juices, fruits, cereals and coffee being offered. Overall an ok breakfast though.
Staff is in general friendly and helpful, there is free internet in the lobby and free wifi in the room. The small lobby is cozy with sofas and there is a library relax room as well and a small terrace at the front of the entrance.
Overall I had a very pleasant stay and if I return to Pattaya I will definitely stay at Baboona again. I can recommend it highly.

I stayed one night, the location is good on the beach in a more quiet area. Rooms are quite spacious, with good wifi internet connection and seaview.
