I liked every thing about this hotel, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially good was the sound proofing between the rooms. The rooms are really big and the bathroom is a proper wet room with a fantastic shower head that gives you that nice power shower. DVDs are available to borrow free and each room has its own 32inch flat screen TV. Laundry is just around the corner and real cheap too. conv store is opp the laundry, ATM and forex next to the hotel. The bar next to the hotel is great and provides nice company too

Constructions next to our room was very noisy. The front counter could not provide me with shavers, tape etc Thanks to Agoda my stay here in Baboona Frontliving was great. Although the hotel service can improve by far by having necessities stocked in their shelves. The hotel itself is very clean and arrogant. The price is great and rooms are spacey enough. The view out of the balcony is outstanding...I would stay here one more time, just bring all the necessities yourself, not count on the hotel to have them.

Excellent view of the sea. Room too small and the spa center operating hour is too short. It was overall a great experience there, the hotel has great view over the sea and it was clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is in a very good location and has the best view of Pattaya Beach. There is not enough parking space. We had to park very far from the hotel. This hotel is in a very good location. Also has a very nice view of Pattaya beach. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, cakes and coconut are included in the breakfast.

It's quite near to the beach. Although it's not a big hotel, but everything is equipped. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is quite nice. The receptionist is pretty nice and hospitable. Some araneids are coming out from a wood plate on the desk.
There is only one room card per room. It's not so convenient. Overall, it's a nice and comfortable hotel.

good service, wonderful position, just step to the sea
I prefer the Delux sea view room which located in the 6th floor, ferfect view of whole Pattaya
I like the food, recommend fried egg, quite nice to be frank, a little bit far from working street, once you go back, you have to pay at least 40 TB per person for the vehicle I love this hotel, and I think I have made the right decision. quite big room, nice position to the sea even so a little bit far from walking street. If I have any choice to go to Pattaya, I will definitely book this hotel, highly recommended.
Travel tip : if you want to have SPA, I recommend LET'S RELAX one, which is within walking distance of this hotel, which located near dolphin circle. highly suggested.

Good Location, Helpful Staffs, Clean & Tidy! We stayed there for 2 nights (09/04/09-11/04/09). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a good location with resonable price. Hotel room is clean, tidy and new! The King Sized Bed is very comfortable! worth to stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Opposite the beach & a lot of pubs along the road.

Friendly Staff.
Bright and airy common areas and rooms.
Clean.
Fridge stocked with a few drinks which are free. Wifi connection sporadic at best. Baboona Hotel is my favourite hotel in Pattaya and I have stayed there on several occasions. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the cafe / restaurant is a great place to people watch whilst eating or having a drink. It is located on beach road between soi 3 and 4 which is a a quiet location compared to other hotels on beach road further towards walking street.

Rooms are big,clean and comfortable Corridor area outside the rooms rather hot
Need air conditioning especially during hot weather Hotel is about 10mins from the bus station by van taxi. Beach is just across the road from the hotel.Easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs and motorcycle rental.In the night, the beach area is brightly lit and abt 15mins walk to Walking Street.

clean,close to the beach friendly staff,bathrobes and slippers,good dvd rental collection in the library room. staff could speak a little more english overall it was a pleasant experience,this place has a library with dvds and books you can check out during your stay which I havent come across before(very convenient).close to most things and right across from the beach.the staff was friendly but they need to learn a bit more english.last night there they took the chairs out of the room without an explanation and didnt understand what they said when i asked why but it's a small incovenience.I would definitely go back again.

small, clean, tasteful, friendly and correct. I was very surprised about this hotel. It is newly renovated and the design is superb. The rooms are very clean and spacious. One of the best choices if you compare price - quality. Very friendly staff and in the more quiet part of north Pattaya. Thanks.

If you stay at the Seaview, the view is fabulous.
You can experience a luxorious view with a reasonable price.
The library room is beautiful.
The seaview is great. Breakfast is nice and healthy. (The fruits punch was good.)
The library room is beautiful (Although I have seen nobody using it.). The receptionists are helpful. The hotel has two PCs for guests (one at teh lobby and another at the library room). You can send Japanese email. The receptionists are helpful.
