clean, good food, great b-fast, nice pool, beach, caring owner and staff - run with class - not in the center of town - which is actually a plus if you want a quiet retreat. this resort is quiet and off to itself - the grounds are lovely, the beach pleasant, the staff and owner exhibit the pride neccessary to offer their guests a pleasant stay.
the location, perfect for me, might be a little removed if you have no car - though the hotel provides transport if needed. I don't consider this a negative as you need some distance to get the peace and quiet - The other guests were mostly European, my wife and niece being the only Thai, which also was no problem as they too very much enjoyed their stay.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip : a great place to chill out - even has in room dvd and selection of movies to choose from.

close to the marina , near the beach,excellent staffs No sea view ( but no big deal) going to Baramie more often now and enjoy it very much, owner is perfect and take care about his place really well. Pool may need nice chairs around .. breakfast is great and good quality, I love the coffee pot on the table. Staff is really great , rooms are simple but clean and cosy with good choice of TV channels.

Quiet location. Clean, sandy beach - as good as any we have seen in Thailand. Hotel has own sun-lounges on beach. Very personable management and staff - most speak English. Well furnished bungalow in garden setting. Large verandah. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet. Pool. Book exchange library. Location is about 1 kilometre off the main road and 10 minutes drive from downtown Pattaya so would not be convenient if you want quick access to shops and nightlife. We wanted a quiet location on a good beach and this is it. German management and mostly German visitors but both management and staff speak good English. It is hard to fault the resort but it is rather isolated. We thought it was good value for money even though there are numerous cheaper hotels in and around Pattaya. Transport is readily available but you need to observe a timetable and notify staff. There is a charge but very little compared with taxis in Europe and Australia.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Alangkarn Theatre - on main road opposite turn-off to Baramie.
