Clean Hotel Fast service Check in was a breeze

Weak Wifi in the room.

Reached the hotel around 7pm on the 19th June 2009. Check in was fast and the bellhop helped me with my luggage. Room was clean and bright. but walking barefooted i can feel the dust on the floor. As it is tiled floor, dust can be felt more easily. Also, the first night i took a bath, the drainage was choked. caused a little flooding in the toilet. Next morning, mentioned it to the maid, she rectified it immediately. Ultimately, its a nice stay which i next to central festival mall. a Huge mall that was newly open.

Shopping Tip : Next to a great Mall. Central Festival plenty of restaurants too!

The hotel is very bright and the room is very clean.

The hotel rooms have no wi-fi!!!!!!! The workers in the reception are not nice enough when handle complaints, they all turn a black face when receiving complaints. Moreover, they are refuse to help with the situation by just standing there and say nothing. The shower in the upper floor are very weak. I have to take my shower in the swimming pool shower room.

The swimming pool's water seem not to be very clean, they have to clean it more often. The hotel is in a very nice position, just a few step walk from Central Festival Pattaya beach. Block B's rooms are very noisy at night due to the pub on the streets.

Very Near to shopping mall.

None

Good Hotel, just next to Shopping mall. Beach just 5 min walk away. Excellent for Families with young kids. Very clean. Hotel Staff very supportive. Last but not the least pretty economical as well.
