Close to the biggest shopping center in Pattaya, beach by walking distance, clean, new and spacious room, nice pool

None

When check-in the hotel, the staff are kind. The pool of this hotel is nice. If peoples looking for better quality shopping, the shopping opposite the hotel is a nice choice. From the level 5 and 6 of shopping center, can view the entire beach.

-Price -Secure feel -Friendly staff -Good size rooms (clean) -Location

Tower B rooms can get a bit noisy as they overlook Soi 8 bars etc.

This hotel is ideally located on Soi 9 off the main Beach Road (where you will find lots of bars (Walking Street is 10min walk), traditional massage parlours and market stalls). The Central Festival Front Lifestyle Shopping Complex (largest such in Asia) is literally across the road and houses many sit-down and fast food restaurants. The staff at reception were polite and friendly, making the check-in a breeze. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and have a studio feel. My room was in Tower A which was nice and quiet at night, however had friends staying in Tower B which was a lot noisier due to the night-life below. The breakfast was okay (meats were a bit bland); I stuck to the fruit and salad which was pretty tasty! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here (considering the price) and WOULD recommend it!!

Shopping Tip : When haggling for goods at market stalls I found you get get down to about 30% of the first asking price

Location, Quiet on soi 9 side, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice pool area, close to Central Festival shopping centre

Hard bed, noise in morning from other guests

Stayed here for 7 nights from 18/10/09 to 25/10/09 and was impressed with my room, nicely decorated and large LCD TV, although the bed was a bit hard. The porter and check-in staff were very pleasant and welcoming as were all the staff. The hotel in directly opposite the new shopping centre making it handy for eating and access to supermarket. The only downside were the other guests in the morning banging their doors and parents allowing their children to run around yelling in the corridor. Apart from that a pleasant stay.

Right next to CentralWorld shopping mall, very spacious for the price you're paying, very clean.

The staffs can be rude. Avoid Building B - can be too noisy at night. Building A is a better choice.

Location's very convenient. The room's pretty spacious and clean. Nice size bathroom that comes with shampoo & shower gel dispenser. A good size cabinet & drawers. Loves the swimming pool as it has nice ambient, even at night. Very reasonable price for these. The only fallback we face are: - Requested for queen's size but upon arrival gotten 2 single bed?!? The staffs can be rude and at worst, does not speak english. Not very helpful. Avoid Building B - can be too noisy at night. Building A is a better choice. Overall, this hotel's pretty good for the price you're paying and will definitely go back to stay at the same hotel. Pretty safe location as there's guards working day/night shift at the shopping mall and right at the corner of soi 9/beach road, there's a police station -

Restaurant Tip : If it's too hot or rainy, walking can be abit inconvenient, thankfully central world is right across from the hotel - where u can shop all the big brands and pretty good food at the food court on G floor or a little pricier for quality - go check out food loft upstairs where u can enjoy a good view of beach road overlooking the sea.

The location.

Parking can be a nightmare

We arrived to Baron Beach by rental car picked up at the airport, parking is extremely limited at the hotel, but after some help from the staff and security guys we managed to get parked. The hotel is well located, very close to the nightlife, but our room was very quiet. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. We did not try the food as we decided to eat out each day. We will be back..

Its right in the heart of Pattaya.

If you are in building B it can get very noisy at night due to soi8 bars.

Location is fantastic. Beach is only 2min walk away and the new Central Festival Plaza is across the street.Pool is big and the staff are very nice.

great location - nice pool - good staff - clean rooms

food just ok - some rooms are old and some are remodeled, its by luck you may get a newer room. - phone calls 1 usd a call/ local. - no view of the ocean in any of the rooms.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful in many ways. I would get a room high up if you are staying in a deluxe room, the pool area can get a little crazy with noise during the day and early evening with single guys drinking and swimming. If you want a hotel that is in a great location and a nice pool. this is the place to stay. The rooms are hit and miss on how nice they are.I stay in a deluxe room with a pool view, the room was old and not remodeled. I then moved to a normal room with no balcony or pool view and the room was new and remodeled. This room was cheaper and looked so much better. I would stay here again, just for the location.

Nightlife Tip : go and ask around to the locals , where to go besides walking street. It's usually cheaper and you meet more locals then farangs.

Location, for the price i paid

Room safe to small for eaven my ten and a half inch mini netbook. Houskeepers have a phone that Rings real loud in hall way.

Location was peffict, Mall acros streat has every thing you would need including clean food preppaired fresh in food court with many choices, neer beach and wild night life. No problem to bring some one to your room. Laundry half block away does a great wash and fold job. Hotel staff friendly. Clean and comfortable hotel. Free internet ran Majic Jack well so easy to stay in touch with USA. Great Value hotel. I already have plans to return to Pattaya but they don't have that rate availuable so I booked a room at a near by hotel because that erea has it all. Due to the Cons I would try another before going. Room safe to small for eaven my ten and a half inch mini netbook. Houskeepers have a phone that Rings real loud in hall way so they can hear it in the rooms so forget about sleeping in after your wild night out. Frankly those two things are un acceptable, why dont they give them a pre paid cell? Safe could be easily removed from flimsy ply wood shelf by tearing it or un screwing it. Maintance removed safe when it failed to open, in about one min. I was afraid I could not get at my things for a while but they finaly got it open by shaking it. Imigine no pasport or eaven wallet! They need newer larger room safes.

Restaurant Tip : I never ate in the hotel, the mall across street had it all clean and cheap.

Great location, good friendly staff, clean rooms and nice pool

If you're in block B there is a lot of noise from Soi 8 during the evening, if you're out at night its not an issue though. No wifi in rooms.

This is an amazing value for money hotel in a great location. Situated right off Soi 8 near the new Central Festival Shopping center which has many great shopping and dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s an easy stroll to either the beach or second road so getting around Pattaya is a breeze. The food is above average and good value, the pool is on the smaller side but nice and contrary to the signs they do let you use it of an evening. Rooms are nice and very clean.

Restaurant Tip : Check out the Food Loft in Central Festival Shopping centre. A great variety of good quality food with an amazing view of the Pattaya Bay. For the Pattaya newcomers make sure you spend sometime on Soi 8, Walking Street isn't the only place for a good night out!
