Nice, friendly hotel, good choice buffet breakfast.
The rooms are a little dated but if you book at the right price (approx. 20 pounds for a standard inc. booking fee) then a good value for money!
Nightlife Tip:
Close to nightlife on soi 7 & 8. Good location for the beach & shopping!

nice hotel near the beach, 20 minutes walking distance to walking street, but easy to go there by pattaya taxi on beach road for 10 bath. nice and huge swimming pool in the middle of the hotel complex, enough lying chairs and umbrellas at the pool.
Large rooms with big window. breakfest ok. good value for money.
Friendly staff.

I stayed in the thai house witch has a shared outdoor jacuzzi. The room was good with nice bed, good aircon and a walk in shower. There is a good size swimming pool on the site with a nice bar/food area on the beach road(although its cheaper outside the hotel. A good hotel in a very good location and not far from many bars/food and shopping.
Shopping Tip:
The money changer in topps supermarket (2nd floor) has the best exchange rates around.a little walk up central road away.

A very good hotel. Rooms given to us was bit old but well maintained. A friendly hotel. Very close to Pattaya beach and a 10 mins walk to Walking street. A very good break fast. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Rooms were fine for what you pay and the location and pool is great. 5 minutes to the beach and a short bus ride to walking street. One complaint is that although breakfast was included they refused to serve both of us!

Great Family Hotel thats cheap
Beach across the road and away from the noisy bars

Great Family resort with decent pool and nice rooms. Located away from the noisy bars but walking distance to it. Too far away from Walking Street but 10baht Song Khiew(Taxi Pickup) will take you there. 5 mins walk to Festival Shopping Centre for high end shopping thats not cheap. Near to bazaar stalls selling cheap stuff. Not many eating places though but good food in coffee house if lazy to walk. 25 mins walk to Big C or 10baht song khiew is advisable on way back. Staff very friendly and helpful, enjoyed stay there. Wifi is good and free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must watch the Tiffany Show and tiger Zoo.

This was my second stay this year and I had no problems choosing this hotel again. It is well situated to all amenities and enables use of the local transportation to and from the bus station for transfer to the airport or Bangkok.
Staff are friendly and the buildings,although old are clean and tidy. A good breakfast was included in my tariff.
