A little rough round the edges but a good bargain
Good size swimming pool, great location right next to the new shopping complex and beach, not too noisy

The first thing you will notice is the absurd sign they have up stating you can't bring any outside drink or food into the hotel. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that has ever put a sign up for this!!! I noticed that a lot of people chose to ignore this intrusion. Overall, I like the staff and location and think it's good value for money.

Disappointing, low grade hotel with poor service

The hotel is centrally located around the many hotels in the area. Although the staff are friendly, they dont speak English well and are unable to assist with any queries. I booked 2 rooms as I had 3 little kids aged 4, 6 and 9. The rooms are definitely not upto standard as the furniture is very old and towels are too dirty. The swimming pool is nice, but is very deep with no lifeguard. The other activities including minigolf are not free. There is no elevator which makes it difficult for kids. The good part of the hotel is the travel counter that assists with the tours as they helped arrange a tour to Coral Island which was the highlight of our tour.
Shopping Tip:
The massage parlours around the hotel are friendly and the shopping and tattoo parlour too was good.

Good hotel on Beach Road

Hotel Feature Tip:
Spend a day next to the large swimming pool under an umbrella and read a book or with something cool to drink.

Good hotel overall right on beach and close to busy night life but still quiet in room at night. Nice pool and other facilities. Very good breakfast spread including Thai dishes. Would stay here again.

Hotel on a wide piece of land so not congested at all. They have mini golf too

All in all a good stay. But likei said, opt for superior pool side rooms, as they are much better and rich looking.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to walking street as thats the best thing about pattaya. Plus nightlife is also happening there

Having stay at this hotel before when it was called teh Nova I thought I would stay here again expecially as I was told it had been refurbished. Well my standard room was very large and the bathroom roomy. However it still had the same old creaky bedroom furniture so this was a little bit disappointing seeing as it was suppose to be refurnbished. That said the bed sheets were clean and the room big and large. My room overlooked the pool so the view was nice. There are plenty of sunloungers around to get a suntan. Food at breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and it is great value.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to grab a shopping bargain try and visit the market on Soi Buckhow every Tuesday and Friday.

Good location very quite surrounds yet right amongst everything. Good breakfast (great ommletes) pool is excellent but recomend for adults only as is mostly to deep for children. hotel is a bit old but is very good value for money

close to beach and only twenty baht by taxi to walking street
