Great location and good value for money

the hotel itself is ok in terms of rooms. the staff was not too smiley. but, if you are ok with it, it is really a nice deal. The greatest thing of it is the location. situated on Beach road only about 100 meters from famous Walking Street. decent massage center is right next door with "happy fish - happy feet" type of things available in addition to traditional foot and thai massage. Also, Royal Garden Plaza which is a big shopping mall is also right next door. There you can do some discount shopping and have some good Thai food in FoodWave on the topmost floor.
Restaurant Tip:
try Tom Yam Noodles in Food Wave, topmost floor of Garden Plaza on Beach road.

Nice hotel with really Big rooms
Friendly service and really big rooms. Pool was always clean but was lacking a bar.

Didn't have any problems breakfast was nice with great pancakes and yummy omelettes. Really central location to the markets and walking street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure to do flight of the gibbons or a day trip to Koh lahn. If you want a more personal experience to the islands make sure you book a private tour costs about 2500 baht but better than being taken off to the pontoons to do things you don't wan to do.

This was a last-minute decision for a Christmas break with wife and son. Having stayed once before in one of their suites, it was an easy choice despite the higher seasonal cost. A big thumbs up to the security guard who noticed I had left the window down on my car the night before and had 'secured' it with a sheet of cardboard before getting reception to call my room.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking Street is less than 5 minutes south.

the hotel was clean inside and out. the cleaning staff were nice and helpful.Very close to most everything you need and close to walking street. The late night staff at the front desk were pretty rude to my lady guests. i didn't like that you had to lock the room door with the key. breakfast was good. the shower and tub worked out very well with a seperate shower also.has some constrution and had to move to another room but no problems there.

As you come in to the lobby you would assume that the room is just as nice. Room is nothing like the pictures in the website. Furniture has stains in it, bathroom is beneath standards and the television is the old big kind. My friend and I checked in, looked at the room and checked right back out. It was okay that we lost the money. Headed down the street to the SeaMe Resorts. It was great

I stayed here for two days and a night. Very well made up. Gym is a little small but has the basic equipment. No joiners fee. Very very close to walking street and there is a very cheap pool bar right in front of the hotel with a little shopping side street next to that. And during the evenings there is a van that posts up at the corner outside the hotel that sells some great drinks for great prices. And there's a spa thing right there too. I loved the hotel. There is also a balcony. It's small but there's only so much to do on a balcony.
Nightlife Tip:
Whichever way you go from this hotel there is something nice. walking street, nice bars for just a drink, shopping, and restaurants in the opposite direction from walking street.

The hotel was in a good location very right off walking street. The rooms were very clean and nice and the lobby was nice too. Free high speed wifi in the rooms and lots to do nearby. do not go in the water at the beach - it is nasty. Also, do not eat anything off the bug wagon. That is nasty too. If you want a cheap place to crash after a night out, this is the place.

Walking street in pattaya is so sleazy... you'll wanna be outta there in no time! better to go on the back street.. they have much more respectable and happening pubs and bars.
