I liked the place because of the location, free in-room internet, decent clean rooms. It is right across the street from Pattaya beach, and in the middle of everything what Pattaya is famous for. I cannot think of any cons except that the hotel is not a resort type, and it is not for families with kids, again because of it being right in the middle of everything

The hotel is guest friendly, and right on beach road.

the deluxe room was big & clean with the balcony over a street market so there was always something to look at.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a bike to get around & don't forget to ask around for good price,

location was great, everything within a short walk, but not close enough to hear noise from bars

The room I had was fairly old. The Couch and table shows its worn and not necessarily clean. The internet can be difficult to connect to - I manage to connect via WIFI but the wired connection did not work. The bed was fairly comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor with the window facing Fraser Resort - you will get a lot of noise if you are not there to enjoy the nightlife. Water pressure was low in the shower. Did not try eating there.
I think I overpaid for a room of this level but its location is right in the middle of the action and you can walk to everything between beach road and 2nd road. Thats what you pay for.

Great location and good soundproofing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service always with a smile. Value for money and would most definitely stay here again.
