i have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and have never had any complaints what so ever. rooms are big and clean. staff is nice and helpful. location is great and the rooftop pool may not be large but the view is great. i will definetly use this hotel again. if you are looking for acomodation in this pricerange, look no further.

Overall a good stay. The beds are decent, the rooms are large and it is right in the center of all the action.
All in all a decent place to stay. With so many choices in similar price range I might look at other places first though, such as Fraser.. Depends on availability..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you stay in the hotel expect to be a part of nightlife. I would not say this is a family style hotel in my opinion just given the location and all that goes on right outside.

Great location great rooms and affordable prices.
Location is the best , in the heart of everything.

I managed to aquire the Royal suite rather than the mini suite. the jacuzzi was great, the room spacious. However it needed a little more life to it. The wirless service was restricted to out the room, and i needed it most while in the comfort of my room.
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is witin minutes of walking street and in the heart of the nighlife, you dont even need a taxi.The room is quite comfortable and you get value for money not to mention its inexpensive.

Nice hotel, big rooms, very clean
Close to beach and Walking St, rooms cleaned daily and always spot on, big rooms, i was upgraded to the Executive Nouveau on arrival which was great, nice seperate bathtub, bed was great, pool very nice on rooftop and very clean

Location Location Location - this hotel has it!

This tidy hotel is in the midst of it all. Shops, beach and walking street at night. It is surprising quiet in the room, given the location.
Nightlife Tip:
If your going for the nightlife, this is the place to stay. It is about as close as you can get to walking street and s not be effected by noise.

The room was very clean and we had an enjoyable stay. Acress the road is the beach where we could relax. The nightlife is very accessible without transportation. I would stay in this hotel again in a return visit to pattaya.
