Nice hotel

This is a lovely clean hotel, staff are very friendly. Give one 100 Bart when you arrive abd you will get looked after with everything. Location location is the real winner though. It is on the beachfront , two minutes walk to Walking Street.Street shopping all along Beach Road. A real winner.
Travel tip:
If you are looking to enjoy the nightlife in particular this is definately a great place to stay

The Hotel staff were very efficient at check in; there was no fuss or problem with the room - it was exactly as advertised; Friendly service when walking in and out of the hotel;Very close to Starbucks in the morning, multiple shopping options in the evening and Walking St at night; what more could you ask for....

Walk everywhere - it's good for you !!

Stayed here for 7 nights and was very impressed with the hotel I arrived very early at 8.30am and room wasnt ready but paid a nominal fee for an upgrade and was able to check in early. Room very comfortable and clean. Situated on beach road only 2 minutes from walking street and across the road from the beach. No complaints about hotel and would definately stay again.

modern room with excellent amenities and a very comfortable king size bed.

roof top pool provided a great view of the water. the only downside was the tv reception but who wants to watch tv when you are in pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
excellent massage at the entrance to the hotel on pattaya beach road. check out "whats up" just off walking street

This was probably my 4th or 5th time at Baywalk. The hotel impresses me as always.
The new open air bay view point is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of pattaya bay in the evening.

Excellent hotel with perfect location

This was my second stay at this hotel. It gives great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean. Since I am a smooker it is perfect with a small balcony to smoke. Excellent breakfast with many both Thai and standard international dishes. Great coffee machine. Good smooking area close where you can bring your coffee and read the morning paper. Very nice pool at top floor with enough chairs for everybody. I miss an alarm bell to provide pool side drinks service. Excellent internet Wifi services with Access Points on each floor. The hotel located at beach road only 200 meters from start of walking street. Me and my wife tried many hotel in Pattaya at this price level. This is our choice now and for future visits to Pattaya.

Great Location but poor view
pleasant room design, good room service, good breakfast buffet, good swimming pool.

I like Walking Street and so for me this hotel is a good location near all the action and the night life. I do however like a balcony and a good sea view and in my room my window looked out on a shops and this was very disappointing. I don't know if other rooms in the hotel have a better view but if this is important to you it might be advisable to seek alternatives.
The swimming pool is relatively small but adequate and a great sun trap.

The room is acceptable for a short stay and is better than what I have expected to be
The toilet is average and I dont like the bathtub actually
The breakfast is limited in selection but it is forcasted
The location is excellent if you love the walking street
But it is far from the north road where I love more
The reception is nice
Although I choose this hotel that is relatively cheap compared to others,
I still think the price of this hotel is a bit high.
