good location adn staff but noisy

room was adequate, AC worked well, late for Breakfast but staff accomodated me with no issues. check in was simple and hotel is easy to find. however the rooms were a bit noisy due to alot of activity outside whether it be from customers or staff or the restaurant. honestly therer are better accomodations for the price not too far away but this one has the best location. also not ready with room at 10 PM checkin and had to wait on staff to hot sheet the bed...

Baywalk is a nice hotel right nex to the beach and close to walking street, the room are good if you're room is facing K street market where there is stalls and massage salons it's great view but if it's facing other side you have no view and it smells, Wifii you have to walk around the room or you have get out from room to have Internet it's poor, the room has ants be careful and get he room sprayed everyday, staff is good apart from some off them, you can't make international calls or internal calls from you're room, price wise I thing there is bit expensive then other hotels but location wise is best deal you are right next to shopping centre and GUEST Friendly and don't go to the baywalk bar right outside the hotel it's bad customer service they just want you're money and they want you drink soo fast so you can buy another one
Nightlife Tip:
There is nice clubs in walking street like lucifer insomnia and mix

Clean hotel good location
Location 5mins walk to walking street.

Room is clean and everything is fine with good location.
The hotel is under some renovation works to upgrading the facilities. King size bed is comfortable for both of us.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If u needs motorbike just rent @ hotel front, very good rate & no need passport for deposit. Very friendly guys show u the sight seeing tips for the route.

Best hotel for proximaty to walking street

third time staying at the hotel, a little expensive for what you get. Although, why i continue to stay here. Is purely for the proximatey to beach and walking street.

We got upgraded from deluxe to superior deluxe because they said their hotel was full. Honestly, it's a really quiet hotel. That's nice. They have a sea-view balcony which has great view of Pattaya. The swimming pool in the roof top was nice since no one using it and clean. Breakfast was ok with limited choices of food.
