Outdated, Utilitarian Hotel Passing from Relevance

The hotel is an older property, now showing its years despite the lobby level having been renovated (somewhat).
The rooms appear finished and furnished in a Thai contractor design-build 'do just enough' style ... without character and creativity, and is cheaply done (lots of plastic laminate, cheap floor tiles, plain white painted walls).
At this price point, it is uncompetitive with the newer boutique hotels opening about town. It's only competitive advantage is its proximity to the adult entertainment venues and Beach Road.
I would not stay here again. I could only recommend this hotel as a 'value buy', but only at price points lower than they are currently asking.

i only spent two nights there but the staff quickly recognised me. good location. very nice staff.good rooms and internet and tv facilities in the room free. breakfast ok,other facilities ok.nor suitable for buisness meetings.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to museum area very interesting. Nice "hot pot restaurant around corner.

When I stay here it is because of the 1 bed room suite facing the water, 60 meter is good size and with friends you can have rooms connecting.
Short walk to Walking Street, Marriott and adjoining mall right next door.

this hotel is really nice, located just next to Phetchaburi MRT station and Makassan railway station. All the rooms and facilities are really good even though insufficient. Breakfast is very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Shopping Tip:
You may go to MBK or Siam Discovery or Sukhumvit, there are a lot of shopping centre/areas that you can explore.

Good location but that was about it

This hotel was our pit-stop on the way back to BKK airport. I booked online and paid a bit more to have a nice hotel to rest from out travels before flying out of Bangkok.
This hotel was just OK but the overall experience was disappointing.
The pictures on agoda show new rooms and modern touches.
what we got was a run down room that was a nice size but was clearly not updated.
The door jam was cracked and some of the furniture was run down.
Upon showing up they announced that they didn't have a regular room left that had a single large bed (like I had ordered instead all they had was one room with twin beds they would "push together for us"
A proper hotel would have upgrade us to a better room that did have the right bed.
The beds we got were also hard and used cheap mattresses.
for the money I could have paid half at another hotel.
They also tried to overcharge us for a taxi to the airport.
The staff was impersonal and not very helpful.
I also had to put down a 500 baht deposit (cause that is a classy thing to ask of your paid customers)
Anyways if you are going to be a travel-lodge type hotel please do not put up pictures of your few renovated suits that you are not selling at the price you advertise.
Overall a let down for the price but ok if it was cheaper.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
bell bus service to BKK airport and downtown Bangkok can be booked online via the company website for 200 baht.
Local 'travel booths' will sell you the same ticket for 400 baht
The bell bus service will also pick you up by minibus and take you to the bus station in the north of the city as an included service in the price of the 200 baht bus ticket.
It is the same service that others paid 400 baht for as there were a few others in the minibus pickup that bought from the 'travel booth' tickets.

部屋も綺麗で、設備も問題なし。アメニティでは歯ブラシが無いのは残念だが、ドライヤーはあり。ビーチが目の前だったり、レストラン、ショッピングセンターも近いので滞在中は不自由しない。

WSに近いのでナイトライフを楽しみたい人にはGood！！

Hotel is a good standard, everything worked, check-in and out no problem. Just be aware that hotel requires deposit for room that is repaid on departure minus and in-room cost incurred. No room service (food). It had been 20 years since last visit to Pattaya and was disappointed overall.

Had a great stay again. This is the third time we have stayed at Baywalk and would not stay anywhere else. Central to all services and Wal;king street. Royal Gardens Shopping next door and all the Markets. Great Food and Friendly Staff. Thanks again Baywalk we will be back again.
