Lovely Sea View Hotel with Friendly Staff
Excellent location, just off Beach Road and within easy reach of Walking Street and other amenities

The hotel was conveniently located just off Beach Road, which meant almost all amenities were in easy reach. The rooms were comfortable, although not really up to the standard they were graded. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were always welcomed with a smile and conversation in the morning at breakfast. The pool area was reasonably relaxing, but with the beach just across the road, why worry about a pool?
Restaurant Tip:
So many good food restaurants to try. One particularly good sea food restaurant located opposite the Rolling Stone pub on Walking Street...went there most evenings.

Bang opposit to Pattaya Beach, close to royal Plaza shopping center and walking distance to walking street

Comfy big rooms, with kitchennete, opposite to the beach and walkable distance to walking street. Bank and currecny exchange within the hotel premises. Open air bar and a very god Indian restaurant. Free WIFI.
Breakfast was not a big spread but accomodative.
Overall experience was good. Recomended for family and budget travellers alike.

all very good,loved the location it was great you could bring friends back the staff where always smiling and very helpful.as soon as you walk out the doors there was good food and bars and stalls i would say ther again and be very happy i would recommend to all my mates to stay there,awesome place.

but the receptionists aren't that friendly ...
may be I'm an Asian ...

Nice location but hotel is quite old
Next to the beach and convenient to go anywhere

The good thing about this hotel is location. It's so convenient to go anywhere.
Anyway, we were disappointed as we paid extra to get room upgraded and we didn't get what we expected. The room looks so different from pictures in Agoda.

Even though the hotel is not equipped with the newest furniture and all reminds me a bit of somebody's private bedroom than a hotel, the location and price made up for it...
Everything is a little bit dated, but all in all a good value for the price I paid

the hotel staffs was great and lovely, but the room seem a bit old, there a lot of mold in the bathroom, the bed was too hard to sleep on, ac was too loud, should have more selection on breakfast.
