Good location but and not much else to say

The hotel is very well located. Walking distance to Walking St, but far enough to be out of trouble.
The room are ok, clean. Bed is good, furniture is old and the bathroom needs a revamp.
Staff is cold. If you want to feel at home, this is not the place to be.
It has a motel feeling to it.
internet (wireless) is slow and there's no service by the swimming pool.

Very nice room and great views

The mini suite was very nice with the best point being a large balcony overlooking Beach Rd with great views.
The staff were friendly and the location is excellent.
Rooms and bed were very comfortable and will definately stay here on future trips.

2. near to the main road, so transportation is very convenient;
3.near the shopping center, and on the third floor of the shopping center, there is good restaurant, which can see the sea when have dinner.

Hotel has nice location right in infront of the beach with a cosy skybar. However, rooms seem a bit old and the beach is definitely not for swimming. The hotel is 5 min from the walking street and very conveniently located for everything. They did charge extra for twin beds upon arrival which was very annoying.

After arriving to a warm welcome our room was smelly with no balcony or sea view as we requested. However the front desk staff very happily moved us to a better room at no charge. The rooftop bar was not open but plenty of other places to have a drink close by. The worst part was housekeeping. They constantly knocked on the door everyday asking when we would be going out so they could clean but upon our return the room was not done. After I asked them to make our room up we found they had put "clean" pillow cases on stained with blood.
Will not be staying here again.
Travel tip:
If you are looking for a tattoo place, try Aud tattoo free hand studio on second road near the boat restaurant. He is amazing!!

i recommend this hotel as long as you compare the price with others, breakfast is decent, tv channels is not enough there are a lot of thai channels allthoug there is no thai visitors must be more english and turkish ofcourse instead of arabic. staffs are very nice and friendly, hotel is clean but quite old, it is need to be refurbisment.finally there are a lot of cheaper hotel in pattaya
Nightlife Tip:
good location, close to walking street and beach road, shopping mall, easy to find what you want, you do not have to take tuk tuk for anything, good massage salons, restaurants shopping markets.pattaya beach is let you down it is dirty and not possible to swim, if you want yo swim yo have to get to island, island is crowded and expensive.
