i recommend this hotel as long as you compare the price with others, breakfast is decent, tv channels is not enough there are a lot of thai channels allthoug there is no thai visitors must be more english and turkish ofcourse instead of arabic. staffs are very nice and friendly, hotel is clean but quite old, it is need to be refurbisment.finally there are a lot of cheaper hotel in pattaya
Nightlife Tip:
good location, close to walking street and beach road, shopping mall, easy to find what you want, you do not have to take tuk tuk for anything, good massage salons, restaurants shopping markets.pattaya beach is let you down it is dirty and not possible to swim, if you want yo swim yo have to get to island, island is crowded and expensive.

wouldn't stay here again. this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. the rooms need a major overhaul because they are old. tv had only one or two english channels. lots of russians and arabs.....just not a good hotel. the only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they are very good. also its in a great location, on the beach road, but that is it. there are many better hotels in pattaya, for less money, which are more modern than this one....wouldnt recomend it.
Nightlife Tip:
walking street just down the road. Jump on the baht bus.

the hotel is extremely near to the pattaya beach. beach is right across from the hotel, but i am not sure if they have any rooms which are sea facing. walking street is 5 - 10 mins away. everything from malls, massage parlours (decent ones) to beer shacks and on road food is just below the hotel. it feels like the hotel is perfectly at the center of all the fun u can have at pattaya. the room with balconies have a cozy table and chairs, where one can relax with a pint of beer watching all the fun below. the beds are soft and comfortable. some of the rooms even have a bath attached which is quite decent for the price. now for the cons.. it does not have room service. but this could well be forgotten if you are not too keen on ordering food in the room. the in room phone is more or less useless for foreign people who cannot understand thai as the automated lady on the phone speaks strictly in thai. the tv, although a lcd is poor quality with very limited english channels. but who watches tv in pattaya ? ;)

it was nice stay in this hotel nice big glass door on back side of room make the light come in and and good sunshine make room nice warm too to a nice afternoon sleep.
stay was quite comfortable
Nightlife Tip:
very close to walking street and on patty a 1 road u get the massage shops open at 10 am for a nice massage before shower too

Great Location!
The Location is few steps to the beach and close to many famous attractions.

The location of the hotel is best. It is close to famous atrraction like Reliey's belive it or not, shopping malls, and it is less than a minute walk to the beach.
The service is nice and the room is big and clean.
It is also next to the famous pattaya walking streets for some nightlife out.
