room is big , good room facilities, very clean and tidy, however the air conditional in room is insatisfy ( the air cond not working properly). swimming pool is too small.
a great location , by 1 mins walk to the beach with lots of water sports, 5 mins walk to red district area, and shopping mall.

excellent hotel with unique design which offers maximum privacy. very safe and still walking distance to walking street. me and my girlfriend loved this place with roof top pool offering most amazing view of the pattaya bay.
will definately camp there soon. loved the staff who left me alone and did not ask awkward questions about me or my girlfriend. another added advantage is the parking space for your rented motor cycles. dont stay in pattaya without your rented motorcycles. the baht bus will rip you with exorbitant charges. unless you have a thai girlfriend who can bargain all the time with the baht bus it is better to stick with rented motorcycle. very cheap and can go everywhere with no hassle.
enjoy... live life to the fullest.. explore the world.. you don't know what you will end up in your next life.
Nightlife Tip:
1) walk street is literally walking distance.
2) it is loads of fun on walking street. the babes and the whole drama is electrifying.
3) the bars, pubs and the people is just an amazing exprience.

the hotel decor is very nice and clean with good facilities. it is located on the pattaya beach road within 2 mins of walking street. for it's location the sound levels are bareable. the staff are very helpful and polite and overall i had a very pleasant stay.

No Room Service
On beach road, Three minute walk to 'Walking Street', next to outdoor shopping, VW Cocktail truck right outside hotel

As stated in the title this hotel doesn't have room service. I can live without, but for the money that is being paid you would expect to have this service. Another this is that the showers are Thai styled, where as its just a shower curtain separating the shower to the rest of the bathroom. Also the shower water pressure is a tad bit stronger than a first generation Super Soaker.
All-in-all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you want to be really close to Walking Street. You can easily find a better hotel for the same amount of money being paid.
Shopping Tip:
When haggling start with half the amount asked for and work up.

Overall, I enjoyed to stay this hotel. The location is great as it within walking distance to Central Festival shopping mall (Naraya shop is there) and also pub/bar street.
The cab to the jetty cost me about 100batt to take ferry to island. The ferry only 30batt /pax for per trip.
I will come back this hotel if I would return Pattaya next time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Taxi will cost you approx 150batt from Pattaya bus station to the hotel near beach area. Car pool will cost 20batt /pax.
