Good hotel with great location

i would book and definitely stay at baywalk residence hotel again. the hotel and rooms were spacious and clean and the service was good. wireless internet connection for free around the whole hotel. breakfast nothing special but sufficient and they serve until 1030am. the location is fantastic. just a few minutes from everything. close to walking street and several shopping malls. the sideways near hotel is full of bars and restaurants. the beach is just on the other side of the road.
on the roof top is a nice swimming pool but with less attendance and very quite. no extra charge in case you would like to bring extra guests. hotel comes recommended.
Nightlife Tip:
Very close to the famous walking street and several other nightlife establishment.

This hotel is well located in Pattaya on the beach road with easy access to the night life and shopping malls. But the beach in Pattay is not nice so don't expect to swim there! The staff was nice during our stay and the breakfast was ok but nothing very special though. The room are quite big but they are getting old. Good choice if you want to explore Pattaya, do some shopping or for the night life as it is at walking distance of everything.

This is my second stay with Baywalk and I have to say I am very happy, prices are great, rooms are clean and nice.
The hotel is in a perfect location near everything that is happening in Pattaya yet it has a nice corner where its actually quite. Staff are getting friendlier which is a positive thing (last time they were a bit rude)
I really think breakfast could improve, other than that I guess my next trip to Pattaya will be there as well :)

nice hotel close to the beach

I stayed at the hotel 7 nights. No problems except many ants in the room. The wifi was out for 2 days and the hard wired LAN connection worked once and a while. Breakfast was a small buffet and average as far as they go. Staff were mostly friendly.

The hotel is a bit small which is good for couple without children. However, the room is amazingly big and quiet compare to the location that it located. I felt very comfortable in the room. Location is perfect an near by the Mall (Ripley Believe it or not). My first impression was...oh man..will I be able to sleep but I slept very well. The hotel is well manage which is very clean. Food is not that great but it come with the package. For its price, it is not a bad hotel at all

HOtel is right next to the mall. very good location
