Not sure of the star rating for this hotel but I would say that a 2.5 star for here would be about right. A bit hard to find . Was just ok but I would not stay again personally.

Last week, I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is two tumbs up. Just right in front of Pattaya Beach, just 5 min walk into walking street, next to Royal Garden Mall and 10 min walk into Central Festival.
The room is clean and nice even tough the bed is as hard as stone. Also I got my electric kettle was dirty and was not cleaned from previous users yaks.. Because this hotel concept is open air, the view is so nice but also noisy especially at night.
The breakfast menu and taste is just so so.. The staff is very welcome and good english spoken.
