Nice family location, but close to everything

Nice Hotel for the price.

Very friendly staff.
Breakfast is free but not worth getting out of bed for. Still never got an egg that was cooked properly and hot dogs instead of sausages!!!! Not convinced that the bacon was infact bacon!!
When I ordered food from the pool area, it was very good and reasonably priced. I would have preferred to run up a bill, like every other Hotel I have ever stayed at in Pattaya operates.
Instead I was greeted with a bill for every order. Think this was aplo for extra tips!!!!
If you have a bad back do not stay here as the beds appear to be made from concrete!!!!!! I had to go for a massage every few days as I found the beds very uncomfortable.
Overall a nice Hotel for families and situated in Soi 5 where no bars on the actual soi so very quiet and no problems with noise.
I`ve been to Pattaya over 40 times so I am probably being a bit picky.
Would I stay here again.....probably not as there are hundreds of hotels in this price range so would probably try somewhere else.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pool was nice and not many people was using it so on most days I had it to myself!!!!
Extremely uncomfortable beds. This was a problem for the 3 of us. We fould it very difficult to get a good nights sleep as they were so hard!!!!!

We've stayed here several times now and continue to remark on its value for money. Top location at 50 metres from the beach and a little more to the shopping plaza. Easy to walk downtown Pattaya but really you don't need to go there - this location has all the restaurants bars and entertainment at your door. You can even go to Alcazar down the end of the street. The rooms are large and airy, and cleaned daily by happy friendly staff. The pool is a pleasant spot to while away some time and the gym is more than adequate for an accommodation of this size. Breakfasts are excellent value and more than enough to keep you going to lunch time.

Excellent Thai Restaurant (PIC) with live jazz music just a few meters from hotel.

Had a great time at best beach villa, very close to beach and hundreds of shops within walking distance, hotel is clean, and attractive with good facilities including a small gym. Overall had a great holiday there!

This hotel is near the beach but on a quite soi, which is hard to get in Pattaya at a good price. The rooms were a little bit old but the hotel was still in nice condition. The staff were also friendly.
