Clean, nice and large rooms with a great view from the balcony ove the sea We have experienced the staff attitude as an issue
Breakfast needs improvement in terms of, quality and quantity. First impression at arrival was disapointing.
1) nobody to help to unload carat arrival.
2) At the lobby, 3 persons were on the phone and NOBODY has taken notice of our family, one after the othe calls were taken but nobody takes notice of us. Finally I have to raise my voice,after almost 10 minutes waiting, asking if somebody is willing to check us in. With a very very long face, the key card was given to us .
3)The key card did not work,back to lobby....another 5 minutes waiting.
4) Room was ok, swimming pool was nice, fittness small and hot ( airco does not work),transport by mini van to center v.v. worked well.

Nice View,good customer services free shuttle bus service not enough, if every 15 or 30 mins have a bus service, that is good!! i like this hotel, they have good customer service, good food (especially breadfast)you can order many kinds of food, thai,chinese,western...all of them are free...you can join the local tour just tell to their staff, they will help you...we have a wonderful holiday in this hotel and very like pattaya this place,if next time we come, we must choose this hotel again!!

we liked that the rooms were spacious and pool deluxe was a good choice coz right next to the pool.
the staff were very nice as well the beach wasn't swimmable. compared to jomtien area, the beach there are better.
in rooms, there were no shampoo and conditioner or lotion bottles provided! i think our overall stay was satisfactory. the hotel is great for people with children accompanying them coz the rooms are spacious and it has a private beachfront. but sadly the beach isn't swimmable. also, the breakfast; it has good variety but it was the same menu for both the days we were staying there.if asked, i will visit this hotel again with my family but not for a romantic vist.

Beautiful swimming pool.
Cheap food the hotel restaurant.
Free shuttle bus to town.

A bit far from the center of pattaya,
Takes about 20 mins to go in
This is my first time to stay in this hotel, but like it a lot will stay again if i go pattaya.
The free shuttle bus is very nice, they go every hour and pick you up back to the hotel from the centre another best western hotel.and their room is so big about 50 sq meter, and especially the balcony of the room is so comfortable for seeing the sunrise and sunset. And they also have a beach just behind the swimming.and with this price it deserved to stay again.
Travel tip : The shuttle bus stop at 12:30 at the best western inside the beach road,make sure you arrive on time otherwise need to pay the taxi to go back, quite expensive for such long distance.

the beach is not clean enough for swimming We were staying in the pool deluxe room which has a balcony and a direct access to the swimming pool. We enjoy very much of the green scenery around the balcony and the pool. It was beautiful and serene. The morning buffet was very good except too much hot food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, two of the shuttle bus driver were speeding and try to run through the yellow light which We had written
a compliant. Most of the staff's English were not good. Conclusion, we enjoyed the hotel, the staff and the food. We will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Pattaya.

Far away from other hotels. The twin room's bed are different size. Stay in the sea view room at the middle of the higher floor. You can get best view. Far away from Pattaya downtown. It will be difficult if you do not have your own transportation. If you just want to have relax time, this hotel is one of the best choose in Pattaya. But if you want to have the Typical Pattaya night life, it wouldn't be suitable.

We love the swimming pool with the beach view. It's quite far from shopping area but it is suited for relaxing with private vacation. The Hotel staffs are good and friendly. The Rooms with beach view for all room. Good swimming pool and pool bar.
Restaurant Tip : There is a Seafood Restaurant next to the Hotel but I cant remember the name, you can ask for hotel receptiont.
