The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Useful Tuk tuk to the main raid. Rooms were very clean and good cleanliness and quaility.
Did not stay long enough to note any bad points.
I only stayed a short time but found the hotel of good quality. Everywhere was clean and fresh. The room was nicely decorated with a good view to the sea and overlooking the pool. Any problems or questions were answered very well by the staff. It is a short distance from the beach and bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are fantastic and decour is just so well suited.
Great service to get to the main road into the city
Understanding of the English language.
My stay at BW Pattya Hotel could really have not been better. Situated in the quiet area of the city and no noise. Extreamly friendly staff and nothing was a problem to fix if there was one.
The wireless internet was spot on as I had a bit of work to do. Security in this hotel is excellent.I would stay at this hotel if I return to Pattaya.
Travel tip : I was with my friend on a golf trip.

The hotel was quiet and away from the noise. Staff friendly and aways helpful.
Rooms not always cleaned properly and items from the bar fridge were not replaced the next day.
