Great location with big room
What i like of this hotel are: room is big 40 sqm.,quiet location.

the room is clean,parking is clean and clear,elevators are moderate big. foods (breakfast ) must be added at least one veggie in buffet. indians guest should not allow to use finger in picking the food from the buffet table,otherwise they should have separate area set-up buffet table.
Restaurant Tip:
I dont have any idea for good and traditional italian restaurant around this area,but if you'd to have ,i would suggest "Pan Pan Italian restaurant" in Chom Thien area (next to South Pattaya).

Good location but room had poor view

the hotel was very easy to find and in a very convenient location to nearby amenities. staff were very friendly and helpfuland were able to speak more than one language.. the swimming pool was ok but could quite easily get crowded if all guests went at the same time not much seating. to access your room and the lift you needed a swipe card, only one was given so if we seperated the one without the card had to walk up the stairs to the room. only one card was offered. i was also expecting a room with a sea view which i did not get.

It is located near the coastline but not near the beach as previously expected. Besides, there is no actual two-bed room. So it is inconvenient for two adult friends to book for one room. All the previous points are not clarified on the hotel introduction.

this hotel is good for professionals staying in pattaya for work as it is quiet and has a number of convenient stores within the walking distance. hotel rooms run down fast though, need to improve on cleaning. foods are delicious! will go back again.

Bars and pubs are nearby the hotel for night life hangout

secluded property, away from the chaos of pattaya. ample parking. breakfast did not cater to those who don't eat meat...there ws heavy emphasis on pork, and many asian travelers don't eat pork. except for bread and croissants, hotel does not cater to vegetarians either. room size is generous.
Restaurant Tip:
Go for authentic Thai seafood at the very end of Jomtien beach. Dining by the shore at night is a fantastic experience. This restaurant patronized mainly by locals

Good Hotel for a Family. You See some of the typical Pattaya travellers, but even with kids it is a good place. Bathroom was a bit worn off, but breakfast was very international and plenty. Staff was very helpful.

Get a soapy Massage just next Street from the Rondell

we haven't spend much for the room type pool view but the room we got are excerlent! big space for the family big balcony. very quite place no noise of traffic. you cold walk to the beach in 5 minute.
variety of choice for breakfast. the staff are helpful.

we were 5 adults and booked two rooms for one night. we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon our arrival. we got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect since it was a mini reunion amongst us sisters.

Nice hotel near the beach

Enjoyed this convenient hotel and extended our stay. Located about 300 meters off the main street. Bus or bike transport is provided to the main street. The hotel has spacey and clean rooms. We were upgraded to a sea view room with balcony, which was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice; omelets prepared to order and there was a good selection of fruit and salad. Pool was small but was 1.6m deep. An easy walk down to the beach

Hung Sing behind the HardRock Hotel is very good & you can bring your own wine

Large room

Arrived at 1430 room not ready, no issue there but when i did return soem time later and got into my room it stank of tobaco. I approached the desk staff who had been very good upto when IO complained about the smell said house keeping will come and stop smell, well a quick squirt of airfreshner did not remove the smell and when i asked to move rooms without looking they were full!!
Breakfast was varied, no bacon on any day some of the cooked food was presented well but had no heat to keep it warm so a cold cooked breakfast yummie. The tuk tuk service to the end of the soi was a non existant after 2300 despite being told 24hrs a day waited over 25 minutes and the staff when asked about this just did not care.
Pool was ok but with tiles missing from around the edge, hotel has a massive potential and could easily be a real show stopper
Travel tip:
if you get the bus to Pattaya (north bus terminal)dont let the Bhart bus rip you off from the bus terminal to this hotel it is only 1km down the road so be warned they wanted 100 for a 4 minute ride
