the hotel contain everything you basically need to stay in all the Somerset chain will not supply you shower cap ... which someting I also need it to keep my hair dry.
still B/F is not much vary but inther other hnd it quite OK. What make me most satisfy in the stay is all the hostitality of the staff and those travel schedule is on my birthday, just after step in the room, their are a birthday card and cookies ready in the room ... just a wonderful arrangment.
Also this hotel is only 1 min walk to Greenbelt, a good place to hang around, nice bar and foods.
Nightlife Tip : just walk to greenbelt find a nive bar name Santafe cafe, you will abel to enjoy good music and quite fun place, I have been stay until 2 o'clock in the morning.

Reasonable varieties of food for breakfast
Breakfast included in the room rate Deluxe Sea View actually had very little sea view.
Services need to be definitely improved I would think twice before choosing this hotel next time.

Photos make it look better than what it is, staff not so helpful We were curious to try this hotel because of the unique pictures. While it is very different from other hotels, it felt very old with a lot of stale makeovers. Two biggest turnoffs were: 1. There were advertisements, posters, banners, displays for a tire company everywhere throughout the lobby. 2. Our toilet was still dirty when we arrived. Other than that, it's safe and has everything you need. Overall for European or American standards, it's a decent price, but for SE Asia, you can get a lot better for the same price. Recommend looking elsewhere

nice room,bf in cooffee shop foods feel good.
nice staffs. fitter center are too small.
house keeper wasn't dona a good clean up for the room.
the internet working wasn't too good, have to re-sign on the web every 2hrs. this the first time I stay in the " Best Western Hotel Group ". feel good,but this is one of the samller hotel in the group.I knew they are intertional hotel group. I will come to stay with them for sure.Also I will ask some of my friends come over to stay in this nice hotel /Pattaya.nice feeling around the hotel too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : few nice plc around the hotel." Big-C shopping center",few nice night disco around too.not too far from the sea, we can walk to it.

Fun rooms, nice pool, good breakfast, good location, good customer service Slow check in, not enough sun beds We only stayed at this hotel for one night but it seemed really nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and colourful (though you have to like pink) and the location was far enough away to be peaceful but on the main taxi route. The staff were mostly polite and helpful and the breakfast was varied. The pool, though fairly small was nice though there were only a couple of sun beds available.

- the foood For the First time I booked the room with Agoda.
It is the easy to reserve the room here. I think the location of the hotel is very good for the person want to walk arround the city especially for the night tour in Pattaya. it is close to the downtown arround 5-10 minute from the hotel. The breakfast was very good and have the several menu for the customer to choose

Flexible, facilities (ex. wi-fi internet for free) location and view (it has no private beach and hard to reach to the sea) the hotel is not on the main road and not next to the sea. if you need the sea view and the beach, Best western may be not your first choice. the room is quite large and has many facilities (ex. refrigerator, microwave, mini-kitchen corner+sink), especially free wi-fi internet in the room.

cute room sweet color and clean best western pattaya hotel is very nice hotel
good featuring and comfortable, color in room is so sweet, have many colour look clean
one thing in lobby reception should smile more and should have fast service for bell boy for helping about suitecase
however i like it and next time if i go to pattaya i'll stay at Best Western pattaya hotel again
