Slightly dated, far away from town and other resorts Its a basic but nice resort with two nice pools and right by the beach. The water in the sea was dirty though, so swimming there didnt feel very nice. Its kind of far away from everything, but if you dont mind that, its a pretty good deal. I would recommend going to another place in Thailand altogehter, like Phuket, Phi-Phi or Krabi instead!

BAr Service in the evenings was very poor. long wait for 1 drink To Be honest I would not return to the hotel again. BAr service was poor no entertainent in the evening.The hotel bedroom was small. Bathroom small. LAundry was very expensive!. staff did not speak english very well. YOU had one Indian Tailor shop, and the owner was a nuiscance always asking if you wanted to buy somthing. When Ibought an item he got the measurements all wrong!! The hotel seemed to be full of russian guests who were alll rude at any time I had the misfortune to meet IE at tbreakfast they barged in in front of a queue!. I left the hotel 5 days before the end of my holiday as I was not happy. I was not asked at the reception why I was leaving!
Hotel Feature Tip : If you have a pleasant evening lounge where people can sit and listen to music. This hotel is so far out of town if you are on holiday it would be nce not to have to travel to a bar or resteraunt.

Location. Beach front, convenient to marina and hgh end neighbor resort facilities. Great minvan service to the Pattya Central Festival mall and Pataya beach. Wifi internet always down. Hotel store never opened. 2 days for laundry service. Pool bar run by lady boys. Probably would return. Good value.

pool, spacious room, great buffet breakfast beach is very dirty, transportation can be difficult We needed a quick weekend getaway in close proximity to Bangkok, but not directly in Pattaya due to the sexual tourism. The hotel offered the perfect getaway for us. We booked on Agoda and the rate was much lower that they quoted to us by phone (and included breakfast!). The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. There is a shuttle that they offer into downtown Pattaya and you can easily catch one of the pickup truck taxis that run down the main street in front of the hotel into Jomtien or Pattaya as well.

Quiet, good service and clean, romantic spot. A pleasant surprise and ideal for couples who wants the tranquillity and romance... Private beach, not crowdy, nice swimming pool, wonderful room, clean and nice. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is ok, westerner style with a little Thai touch. We will turn back here!
Nightlife Tip : Take the shuttle bus from the hotel to Pattaya City, just 60 THB and you will be in the centre of Thai nightlife!

Lack of general information about local area
Our very short stopover stay at the Botany Beach resort was just what we needed after a long flight from UK to Bangkok en route to Sydney. The facilities were good especially the excellent pool.The staff were friendly although at times slower than previous experience in Thailand had led us to expect. I would suggest that it would be worthwhile pointing out to UK/Aus guests that the resort is frequented by few other Uk/Aus guests
Restaurant Tip : Thai food especially curries are far better than more traditional western foods such as steaks

Good beach, green area, free PC and WiFi. Too far from the city, pool has too much chlorine. Cozy and agreeable hotel, but you need a taxi to find some shopping or entertainments. Only a road and a couple of restaurants are near the hotel. Big green area and two pools should be interesting for children. Hotel is far from city so sea and beach is clean and enpty enough.
Breakfest was good - a variety af food, fruits, but I have not tried dinner in the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There is a beach restaurant at a distance of two hundred meters from the hotel - pure decor, but good and cheap food.

Nice pool in the newer bungalows albeit more money. Off the beaten track if you want to visit the strip in Pattaya but then again that's a pro also! Having vowed I would never go back to this hotel I went back on my word as I wanted to see the tailor there. This time however I stayed in the new part of the hotel near the driveway which has it's own swimming pool and tends to be quieter than the main building. Drawback is that it's some distance from the beach ie 400 yard walk but rooms are much much nicer and bathrooms are wide and open.

Very Green Area, a good beach. An excellent hotel. Unlike many others - a very Green Area, a lot of shadows, have beds in the shade under the palm trees. His beach clean. On the beach at 100 meters there is a cafe, where the train is very good. The hotel is also very tasty restaurant. Two good pools - one for numbers, the second for the villas.
