The water park was a huge hit with us, especially the lazy river. We also loved the games room for the kids. Not everything was open, for example the restaurants. From the moment we arrived we were met with smiles and greetings from everyone. The staff were very friendly and very helpful every where we went. The shuttle van from the resort to the mall in Pattaya was great and it allowed us to travel with ease. The view of the ocean from each hotel room was also another bonus to the hotel.

Nice room and good beach,lighting and fire at the sliders and poolslook very beautiful at night. lighting on the hallway is too dark,car park is very few,No light on the beach while other hotels and condos nearby have the lights. We are very disappoint,because all slidersand pool are closed.Always closed for more than a week.Room is nice,good view,large bacony.Beautiful hotel,big swimming pool,many equipments in fitness room.many beach chairs on the beach and around swimming pool.Beach is clean.Staffs are frindly,polite,active and willing.but hotel is not finished,you can find many construction workers still working.

The only good thing in this hotel is the restaurant- Ginger & Lime. The food quality is fine and the customer service is great.
1. The whole feeling of this hotel is poor even it's new. I don't why, maybe the constraction is very poor.
2. Many insects around the hotel, Ants, Mos...
3. The reception is extremely not professional and it's the most poor service I experienced from 3-5 stars hotels.
4. The bellboy is impolite and not really helpful as a 5 star hotel.
5. The room looks so so and the hot water is weak.
6. The breakfast tasted awful and few selections.
I booked for 3 nights in this hotel but I couldn't bear this hotel as customer service is extremely poor, swimming poor is small, the outlook is ugly, many local travellers- maybe over 300 people, made you feel noise, crowd and not comfort, bad taste of breakfast, poor customer service of breakfast restaurant..... and etc... so i moved to another hotel.
