Great Place for both kids and the adults

This is our 2d time staying at the resort and with small children 6 mos and 3 years. We can't think of better place to stay in Thailand. This trip we had 5 other 1st time families book w/us for Labor day weekend and everyone had a blast. We plan to do it again in a couple of months. The more the merrier.

The hotel is clean with good facilites. However the service is a bit slow. Ther room service line is always busy.
The facilities are good. However, the location is not so convenient. It would be perfect if they provide free shuttle bus to the city center

Many choices at the breakfast, great facilities at pool.
However, many people bring their kids to the "quiet zone" in the pool which is NOT allowed for kids and noise!!!

we love it that there is such an amazing pool for every members of the family. Our kids love to play all day long. For the rest of the hotel, the Breakfast is fine. Just that we probably went there on the weekend which was very crowed, so there were so many people during the same period of breakfast in the morning. The service is nice.

this is a beautiful sea view hotel in pattaya. and we have super fun at the swimming park. breakfast is great and we also enjoy the bbq dinner as well as the japanese resturant.
only bad feeling is no free wi-fi & shuttle bus to town for this 5-star hotel.

a great hotel, great location and most if not all room has seaview. we stayed in the club mirage ocean. the room was great with aweseome view. the best thing about this hotel is the pool. there are many areas for my 3 yr old son, the water slides, the cliff diving, the lazy river, all suitable for my son. but rememeber, you have to watch them closely, because there are many many sharp edges.. espeically in the kids' slide area (the area with the big water bucket). of the 30 mins sitting at the pool, i already see more than 5 kids with cuts. you don't want to ruin your trip early with a serious injury. food at the hotel was so so, we had a steak and seafood buffet dinner monday nite.. i was lucky to get the angus steak early, becasue that was the best meat and they were all gone in the first 30 mins.. after that the meat (pork, lower grade beef, etc..) were all so so...
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ensure you watch yourself and kids carefully in the pool with many sharp rocks and edges.

I did not want to stay at this hotel at all, but I ended up extending 1 more night because I liked it so much. I would have extended more but I had to get back to work.
It's a perfect place for kids, but even for a couple I found the hotel very nice. A lot of things to do. It was the first hotel that we ended up staying only within the hotel premises during the whole stay. Basically, we couldn't get enough. Sleeping hours felt as a waste because there are so many things to do. Highly recommended.

Our kids love the pool so much and keep to play the water slide so many times. We all have fun in the water park.
