Great Hotel with Amazing View

This hotel was beautiful from the lobby all the way to the room. The view walking in was captivating and everything in the room was very well situated. Nothing beats an ocean view. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and appreciated the floor plan of the room. Breakfast here was delicious and had a little bit of everything to try. Room service was prompt and food was tasty.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking Street is a must see!

i would like all of you have a chance to get relaxed, feel comfortable, taste good food in here. you will see everything happenning. i think you will enjoy staying in here. their services are very excellent; big smiling and helpful. i'm sure that i will come back again. if you have enough money, i think this is the first choice for all of you. try it!

Lovely hotel but too many people

Hotel was great,nice view, private beach, better to have your own car, location is far from town. Nice swimming pool but too crowd, have to exchange key-card to get beach towel, floating rings not enough service.

The magnificent hotel for family

we stay for 2 nights. the swimming pool consists of lazy river with more than 10 of sliders which is wonderful for kids and even adult ! the room was quite good with sea view and the breakfast was fair quality. hotel service was ok but unfortunately there was no free internet available in the hotel

Great Hotel for families w/kids

this is the best hotel for kids in thailand. there is plenty to do for the whole family. the resort is designed w/a lost world theme and all the pool activities are weaved throughout. everytime we returned to the pool area we went to a different section and had a different experience. we didn't get bored. there is an outdoor playground. clean sand around the kids area. just a note there a set of watersides that only kids can go down. one only for adults or larger kids and another that you can go down w/your small kids. lazy river was fun and actually had a decent current. we ususally are the type that look for the best deal for a hotel, but this is worth paying a little bit more for if you have children that you need to entertain. also enough clubs/nightlife in the hotel for adults. pool/ocean view is worth the upgrade as at night you can sit on the balcony w/kids sleepig in the room and still enjoy the tiki fires/music from the resort.

nice pools but too crowded

i have been upgraded from club deluxe to a suite room which was surprisingly great :) the staffs were willing to help and polite. however, most of the guests here had not a good manner. so i felt uncomfortable sometimes. the breakfst was slightly variety. anyway, overall was fine. but they should not charge for a kid play room(as a facility).

Good room condition but bad service

we had quite a bad experience as there is no room available for us when check-in. after an hour waiting in the bar, then we get what we pay for. moreover, we were requested to check-out earlier
overall service was good except we check-in with 3 persons but we got 2 towel sets.

Superb swimming pool for our child

Our child really enjoy swimming in the large water park which has a lot of activities such as slider, jumping and lazy river. Breakfast is good but in the time we stay There are so many guests which make the restaurant so Crowdedly and inconvenient but overall we really like the hotel
