Overall, we are utterly satisfied with their customer service to the extent that the staff even helped us to book taxi with reasonable price, recommended us to a fantastic night market in Pattaya, and so forth. (we had a good chat with the receptionist while waiting for friends) Upon arrival, Central Place was full of guests and the staff has directed us to another subsidiary hotel named Star Residency. Fortunately, the hotel is nearer to beach and glad to find out the staff there is very amiable. The only dissatisfaction was the driver (arranged by hotel)who picked us from the airport doesn't even familiar with the road to the hotel. It took extra time for him to make calls and find the place and we think a driver should study a map before the pick-up service. However, that was our least concern. Thumb up for the excellent service.
