Nice location,just across the road from the beach

enjoyed our 2 night stay here. good location. hotel is just across the road from beach. a short ride(10 min) on a baht bus to walking street. staff are helpful and friendly. nice pool, although not too big, but is deep(i think at least 3 meters at one end). room was very basic but acceptably clean. our fridge wasn't working when checked in, someone came to fix it but it soon stopped again, a replacement fridge was promptly brought to our room.

Overall, a nice little hotel across the street from the beach. Superior rooms are pretty good size with a balcony that overlooks the water.

besides the location, other positive points are the parking lot, if you came with a car, internet is fast, and you don't have to login every time, finally the liberal visitor policy.
on the other hand, the rooms are poorly equipped, no water heater, only one plug at the desk; the price is only acceptable because of the location. breakfast is poor for a breakfast fan.

Make sure go for elephant ride it is great.

Great hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff

Greeted with a smile on arrival and sent off with the same smile by the receptionist/owner..
Absolutely delightful stay. A sure winner in my view. Absolutely great place to crash when you have a group of your best buddies on a trip to pattaya.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do take a dip in their pool.. It's clean and it's loads of fun..

As the name suggests, it is a charming boutique hotel, right across the street from the beach. My room was nice and clean with a terrace overlooking the street and a partial view of the sea. My room was on the 2nd level. The view should be better on higher floors. It has a mini-fridge and a small safety deposit box.
The WIFI, unfortunately, did not work in my room (213). I exhausted my efforts trying to get online.
The lady receptionist at the front lobby is not very friendly. She could at least put on a smiling face sometimes. It is the only BAD IMPRESSION I had of this charming little place.
