Good pool, ok breakfast

staff didnt speak english, location

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location of hotel wasnt that good, because it was 15min away from Pattaya centre. They had a shuttle though. Staff tried to be helpful bud didnt speak english almost at all Pool was nice and big. Breakfast ok. I think the value for money is quite ok in this hotel.

Breakfast, sea view.

Far from public transport.

The hotel is situated distance from main road, not easy to find if you are a first timer to the place. Front desk should provide location map and inform guests of the activities available to tourist. I like the breakfast and the room, if they could provide hangars to dry my clothing or cloth-line in the bathroom. There should be a ramp leading to the front door for senior citizens with leg problem as there are too many steps to climb

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Learn to take the public transport to get around Pattaya, it is cheaper than going around with guided tour. Hence it is important to equip with the map and transportation guide.

The pool is great. The view is very beautiful.

The persons in charge at the front should be more effective. They working styles were not systematic. It took too much time for chechk out although there was no extra charge.

The hotel's location is very good compare to the others in Pattaya. Guests can see the good view of Pattaya beach from the room. The pool is large and the children should like it. However they should improve the connection between parking area to the hotel lobby. The staffs should be more friendly and work more effectively.
