Rooms are excellent size ( maybe too big for some ).
Bathroom was always very smelly. Shower control was a pain - either very hot or cold.
swimming pool - what a waste of time, location is absurd.

in the heart of pattaya nua, i feel easy to go central pattaya department store..food land and see cabaret show.
Nightlife Tip:
Must see cabaret show both Tiffany and Alcaza!

it's a good hotel with decent service but they tried to con me out of the upgrade i had from a single room to a suite by trying to tell me the single room was a suite, i had to show them the photo from agoda before they admitted they were wrong. they also asked my girlfriend for her id several times even though she checked in with me, neither of us were impressed with this!

good value for the dollar.. spacious rooms that let me spread out. free wi fi in rooms. clerk spoke decent english. I may just stay here again, if I need a decent room for a great price. You pay for what you get when you visit any city like pattaya.

spacious rooms for a great price, even though the sheets were a little bit dirty. too many freaks been stayin in this room Im guessing. I may stay here again if i am passing through the area and need a place to lay my head at the end of the day. pattaya is an amusing place that I like to visit.

i like this hotel for the price as i said before.it is a little bit old but there are extended the new wing next to the original.
their cleaning system is a little bit late. their clean my room at 4pm.

good location for me, quiet but still close enough to walk to the action, helpful and friendly staff, good wifi connection,

i stayed at the citin loft for 12 nights. i was looking for a quiet hotel with wifi access, yet walking distance from the beach and shopping areas.
for the cost, i felt i got excellent value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you book online, print a copy of the location map with the hotels address and phone numbers. the hotel is tucked away a little off of the main roads, so this will be of great help to the taxi drivers.
