Great Hotel with Amazing Food

Really good hotel with nice fool and great food. The hotel is a little distance away from the main road and you sometimes have to wait to get a motorbike taxi. Internet is shocking but once i recieved a LA lead it was fine. Overall great hotel and highly recomenedded

save your money... shoddy room and shoddy service

awful room far away from reception overlooking the views of a rubbish dump... Spanish manager thinks very highly of himself and the staff we met all had pretty bad attitudes and unwilling to help with anything... Ate at their over rated restaurant and that was nearly as bad as the room and service. Advertised as free wifi in rooms but our room was so far away from router that no signal could be received in the room. When we explained this to the staff they just shrugged the shoulder and told us that it is because those rooms are "far away".. would not advise anyone to stay here...

Great Hotel, Great Price
Excellent room and great restaurant

Although it is a little far from the beach, the hotel was beautiful and a great value. Also it was easy and cheap to rent scooters there to venture around the city. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated with a great staff. The pool was also a nice touch and the restaurant was delicious and not a bad price. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy out of the way place

Clearly the people working there are new to this job and are below standard of what is expected even though they are trying. It is just too far from town and no motorbike taxis are around when you need them. The best asset, the restaurant will move to another location. The wifi is really poor in most rooms. It is not the best deal as far as value for money is concerned.

Room are large, bed of good quality, bathroom correct. The funny thing was when the staff introduced us in an unmade room and did not seem to notice it at all. She let the key and start to leave. We had to call her to ask if they were going to clean the room. Then she looked surprised to see the room. Finally we got another room.

May stay in Cocco Resort was perfect. The rooms are very big and clean. Very nice decorated and a great bathroom. I was on the third floor so I had some view over Pattaya. The Swimming pool is great and the onside restaurant is even better. They have a great international menu, especially France food. People come from outside to eat in this establishment. But the biggest plus was the staff. After check out I left to the bus station for my bus to Bangkok and I had forgot my (expensive) phone in the hotel room. When I came back to the hotel, the cleaning lady was running towards me to handover my phone. Its good to know you stay with honest people. Only downside, you need your own tranpsort because the city is a bit far away. You can rent motorbikes onside.
