I loved the location, the hotel was great too deserves 4 star's.Breakfast had lots of choices.Pool was nice too.
From the moment we arrived at the Cosy Beach we were very impressed. We were met by friendly staff who took charge of our bags, reception staff also great Our rooms were bright and cheerful and exceptionally clean, bathroom facilities were also top class, with hot water at all times. The air conditioner was controlled inside the room so could be cool at all times.I could'nt fault anything at this hotel and i will definately stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
Restaurant Tip : Sams bar on the beach, great service and hospitalityand excellent food

Clean and comfortable room, good facilities.
Hotel is in nice and quiet location surrounding area. Magnificent sea view via garden, you can lie down hours and hours at pool. Room is very clean and nice, very good facilities especially pools. Service staffs are friendly. Hotel has limit parking but well arrange so still be able to park with little inconvenience. Good breakfast but need to add more variety of food. Overall it’s the best valuable hotel in Pattaya.

- Good room service
- Delecious breakfast
- Hotel Location: Very quite
- Not aware for the extra fee for the guest stay
- Subject to a watch stolen
It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, having all the facillities available (e.g., wireless internet, security box, swimming pool, ...). The hotel is closed to the beach, where we enjoyed relaxation with friends and sit either under the shade or the sun. Iam going to recommend this hotel for my friends visiting Pattaya

Spacious Room
Close to the beach
Choices of breakfast
Unfriendly staff especially the maid
We have got a very nice stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and is not too far from the center, yet it is kind of in quiet area. However, we have got a very bad experience with the maid cleaning the room and this is far the worst maid we have faced.

Pools, breakfast, staff, room.
This hotel was very nice, very clean and well staffed. The staff was friendly and willing to help you with anything. There were two restaurant areas and three very nice sized pools. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a good way to start the day. The pools were clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was huge with a king size bed. Easy access to restaurants around the area, and a 24 hour store across the road. Tuk tuk were always on the street waiting to take tourists wherever they wanted to go. If I ever go back to Pattaya I would definitely stay here again!
Nightlife Tip : Walking Street is the place to be at night and tuk tuks around the hotel will take you there but they might try to gouge you. It should only cost you 100-200 baht (depending on your bargaining skills!)

1. Warm and Cosy lounge at hotel lobby.
2. Satisfying breakfast.
3. Very clean guest bathrooms.
4. Quick and efficient service (bellhop, reception-to request for change of room and room service).
1. Hotel staff, especially at front desk, are NOT FRIENDLY. (They should smile or make positive eye contact with hotel guests).
2. SO MANY MOSQUITOES in the lobby...especially at night!
This was our second visit to Cozy Beach. We like it because this is one of very few affordable hotels in Pattaya that has a private beach. Although the beach is not very impressive (course sand and narrow shore during high tides), we enjoyed taking beautiful pictures with our family at sunset. The hotel rooms are not particularly new or gorgeous, but are clean and safe. Great soft mattresses and as many plush pillows as you need. Breakfast included a variety of bread and pastries but the entrees were mostly pork. For people like us who don't eat pork because of religious reasons, we found it shocking to see the food labels for pork and chicken sausage inter-changed. After pointing it out, the staff did not seem to think is was a big problem.
The Lobby area is spacious and furnished with soft, comfy sofas for guests to lounge on while waiting for friends. However, since the hotel leaves the doors open during the day, mosquitoes infest the lobby at night. My husband went to the lobby at 11pm to watch a soccer game on the wide-screen tv only to be attacked by mosquitoes.
The reception staff should be warm and friendly with guests especially during check-in time but we did not feel this happening at Cozy Beach. The Reception staff behaved just as disconnected and stern during our second visit as they did on our first visit.
Overall, we enjoyed a peaceful family holiday at the hotel and we're glad to say that we would definitely come again.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, good location
Pool area a little bit dirty
Hotel has nice size rooms with everything you need (safe, coffee & tea, bathtub,...). Nice beach, but you need to go down steps to reach the beach area. The pool area is nice, but the pool was a little bit dirty (we could feel that the water wasn't changed since a while). This hotel quality and price is very good. The staff is friendly and speak english. The breakfast buffet is really good with a huge choice. The hotel is located a bit far away from the center town and you will need to rent a motorbike or take a cab. In general we were happy to stay at the Cosy Beach Hotel.

In a quiet area, away from most of the trashiness of Pattaya Beach. Great view of the ocean with clean beach. Great value for money.
There are two different buildings owned by the Cosy Beach Hotel. One is definitely newer and nicer than the other. The older wing isn't bad, but the carpets, furniture, hallways show signs of wear and there is slight mold in the bathrooms. If there is any kind of celebration or function going on in the area, it might be difficult to find a taxi.
Stayed here for two nights in the older building. Solid value for money, nothing special but the room was clean, air-conditioned and smoke-free. The breakfast buffet selection is excellent and plentiful. Great location for families looking to shelter younger children from the debauchery of downtown Pattaya. Enjoyed the view of the private beach and in-house massage service. This hotel is heavily favored by Russian and other Eastern European tourists, many of the shops in this area cater specifically to them. Not so convenient if you are looking to be in the center of things, is definitely a little more than "5 minutes" from Walking St, etc. Hotel is very quiet, staff are accommodating. The hotel does not take American Express.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Give yourself at least 20 minutes to get yourself from the hotel to any downtown Pattay Beach location by car/taxi. Traffic can be horrendous and it can be difficult to find taxis from the hotel early in the morning or late at night. The hotel does not take American Express.

we returned to this hotel. after many years of visiting thailand we have found this to suit us best. The location is terrific and close to all amenities that suit us. We prefer a sea view room so we can relax on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. We will of cause be returning again next year thanky ou cosy beach.

Close to a great beach away from the main strip in Pattaya.
Hotel has 3 pools with a great view.
Breakfast is provided each day and there is an out door buffet each night with live music.
NO ENGLISH all signs in this area ware written in Thai or Russian.
Staff at the front desk are lazy and rude to everyone.
Dirty rooms filled with ANTS!
This hotel would be great if you can speak russian. There are many russian and Tai restaurants around the hotel but everything is very limited. The beach is nice and is only a 5 min walk away from your hotel. If you want to got to walking street you will have to pay 150B for a ride there from the hotel. If you are staying in the main hotel the restaurant is ok, but if you go across the street to the hotels new addition the food is better and there is more room for guests during breakfast.
Restaurant Tip : If you are staying in the main hotel the restaurant is ok, but if you go across the street to the hotels new addition the food is better and there is more room for guests during breakfast.
