Big and nice room, free internet within rooms
Private beach, clam and clean, with nice golf course and big swimming pools.
far from pattaya city about 15 min drive, but convenience
Their staffs have put many efforts and take care of customers, even swimming pool or beach, they always ask you about snacks or lunch at the pool.
In the restaurant, they provide us a good quality foods with resonalble price, also they served us a nice breakfast. We like the interior decoration within lobby area, it's very nice and very attrative even in the night time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Talad nam si pak and shopping mall

Balcony has wood carving which makes balcony see throough, not private at all. Food is terrible. Service is also terible. There is no training at the hotel since opening, told by the staff.
It is a beautiful hotel and has great potential to do so well but staff are not professional trained. Pool is dirty. There is no service from anywhere. You always have to ask for it. Owner is also a GM and they probably have money but not knowledge. Do not stay here if your stay mean luxury place and great service and food. If you expect just the property on the ocean, then yes

aesthetic, the mix of modern and traditional Thai aesthetic
no spa or room service menus in the rooms,
The pool area is very nice and the flow down to the beach front is excellent. The dragon sculptures are great and they have used the space well with the four private pools off the main large one. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It has its own mini golf course and the grounds go straight on to the beach. It has a great view of the setting sun reflected off the pool, very romantic.
Hotel Feature Tip : Small golf course and kids play area at the hotel. The marina is very very close by.

room service, comfy deck chairs
western food a little bland, the spa menu difficult to get
The spa being in a different building, and a relative distance seemed odd, especially as they couldn't give us a spa menu, or hand out giving us information about their services to take back to the room from either the spa or the front desk. It definitely stopped me from wanting to use their services as I am pregnant and didn't want to walk their and back for standard information that should have been more readily available.
Hotel Feature Tip : beautiful beach and great watching all the water sports from the shore

Best hotel architecture I ever seen, cozy rooms and free Wi-fi internet, very polite and helpful personnel, clean beach.
We spent couple days in that hotel in December 2008, it was almost empty, probably because of demonstrations or whatever. The hotel itself and their service actually is 5*, not 4. The main problem of the hotel is that it's far from Pattaya which is not always bad. and there are some difficulties to come back from Pattaya, however You still can find took-took for 20 baht.

Room was quite bigger than expected.
Some may feel the furnitutre, equipment etc at the hotel is too simple.
I stayed with my girlfriend and extended one more stay finally. It was very vacant and relaxed.

Overall it was an okay hotel as they just opened.
Travel tip : Nothing around there to be found if you don't take a taxi to the city.

Thai-style buildings, beautiful furniture.
Dirty pool. And low-grade room, far to the beach.
Just beside the hotel's six-hole par 3 short course in the family can enjoy. Ball, SANDOUEJJI, the putter can be rented at the front, you can play for free by hand. Better if you had shoes. I have been playing in sandals, was bitten by a tropical ant.
