A refreshing experince

very easy and friendly welcome, less formal than other hotels of this level. welcome drink cocktail of good quality.
service is really what come to mind first and the bar on the roof top is another good example.
large room, just aircon a bit noisy though.
Shopping Tip:
Le bon pain bakery next door is delicious and coffee far better than starbucks

enjoyed my stay here. the staff were excellent - very helpful and professional. facilities were very good, i particularly liked the pool area. good wi-fi, comfortable, well-designed, well-equipped rooms and reasonably priced for the standard.
no complaints, i would consider using this hotel in the future.

Nicely appointed hotel more like a good 4 star not 5 star, but couldn't have asked for anything more during my stay. The staff are fantastic & your close enough to restaurants, bars etc...

i enjoyed my stay here. rooms were nice. beds were comfy. staff was outstanding and always courteous! location is pretty good there is a mall complex right next door with a gym inside of it. internet was decent and free. you are close enough to the night life to walk to it in 1min-5min(depending on what your looking for) quiet area never have to worry about it being to noisy. the swimming pool is pretty good and the spa is nice although a touch on the expensive side. their big on security too so if you have a guest staying they hold her id and verify with you on the phone that everything is ok before they give it back to her. only downside upon initial entry into your room you may need to do battle with some mosquitoes once thats over your good. the restaurant was decent but a bit pricey.
Nightlife Tip:
night life is right down the street so enjoy.

Great location - very helpful staff

My second time and I was not disappointed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful from the desk staff to the chamber maid. The rooms are always very nice and well maintained. The gym is excellent and easily accessible . Though not sure if I will stay again as there is only so much one can take of Pattaya
Nightlife Tip:
Depending on your 'taste' , Pattaya provides it all

Cozy hotel in good location

friendly staff, great housekeepers. any questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. had no issues with guest joiners.
Nightlife Tip:
bars, restaurants and shopping surround this hotel. price was high due to new years but overall i would return. walking street is only a 5 min away taxis, baht buses and motorbikes can get you anywhere in the city and are always available. great location for nightlife. would recommend for singles, couples, and families alike. didn't try the food at hotel due to so many inexpensive restaurants and food stalls close by.

A perfect stay in a nice boutique hotel

From the greeting upon arrival to the check-out 3 days later, everything was perfect. Food in the restaurant and sky lounge tasty, pool not crowded, rooms spotless, service always helpful and friendly.
