staff are extremely efficient and friendly.
even when I had to deal with a corrupt Thai police officer who illegally stole my drivers license, a woman from this hotel took immediate actions. also, cakes sold at a cafe right next to the reception desk are of great value. nothing much. the complaint about the hotels services is a lack of the restaurant serving good buffee every day. I wish I had had a sumptuous berbecued seafood buffee in the hotel.
another is that DVD player should not be charged. other 5 star hotels dont.
This hotel really deserve 5-star hotel in terms of services, friendliness, cleanliness of rooms, facilities.
Id love to come back to the hotel, only relaxing myself in a cozy room.

it's had it's own beach.
its near the glamourous "tiffanty" ( lady boy show ) its was the most amazing i had seen in thailand. it is wonderful.
the swimming pool are amazing.
the location are great, many pub there.
staffs are good there always traffic jam ( that all i can found the weakness)
this is the first time i travel to pattaya. i found this hotel through internet. what i can say for this hotel "amazing". the staffs are good and kind. the breakfast have many choices. the location are good! there are many shopping centre nearby. if i had another chance to pattay i will choose this hotel again. thanks dusit for making my trip amazing!

wonderfull room, great accomodation. everything you need in reach. Internet access. it does cost to have internet activity not free. All in all it is a great place to stay, couldnt ask for much more. Only disturbance is the internet activity, slow at times and not free as may be advertised.
Nightlife Tip : Carefull with whom you interact with along the beaches, not safe while alone.

breakfast was really good especially after a long night of drinking .. when we stayed there the king of korea and the prime minister of thailand also happened to be at the hotel at the time so security was through the roof.. we had metal detectors everywhere and not to mention around 200 of thailands secret service agents everywhere.. made us feel pretty damn safe.. but the hotel was great.. this hotel was by far the best value for your money in pattaya beach
Nightlife Tip : too many clubs to list.. not to mention everything was crazy.. oh dont eat any deep fried scorpions.. lmao.. especially if you are drunk

near beach, the room quite big. old-fashioned. the rate is quite high if without breakfast. It is very convenient for shopping and eating cause there have Central Center, Toys'r us and Big C nearby. I was feeling previllege that our island tour pick us up from the hotel private beach. The people there are very nice and service is good. I will consider to stay again if the price can be a bit lower and want to try the breakfast.
Nightlife Tip : nearby the Hotel, you will find many bars there.

The hotel was great, from the water fountain in the main lobby to the swim up bar at the pool. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The pool needed to be open later, as well as the outdoor bars. Also, the spa was over priced. We wanted to get manicures/pedicures/massages, but had to go across the street where it was less than half the price. Great prices, beautiful view, clean facilities. Located in nice part of town, and friendly staff.

It was the first time I have visited a Dusit hotel.It was love for the first sight.I felt right away very comfy and cosy.The hotel is just a right size.Not crowded,quite.Just a way I like it.service is excellent.5 star hotel but not too much.You can feel like at home.nice and good space garden.location is excellent in pattaya.close to the central but when you are in the hoteland you feel like you are far from the madness and very relaxing.I will definetelly come back to stay in the hotel again
Nightlife Tip : go to the walking street in pattaya with partner to see a go go show

Service at the Club Lounge The Hotel has two Beaches. The Neach from North Pattaya is good and the Beach from South Pattaya is not goo for stay there.
The Hotel is very nice and good for stay in a the best area from Pattaya. The people who work in the Hotel is very friendly and also helpfull. It is also a good place for family's with chilren, because you have two Beaches and two big nice Pools with working life guards. The rooms looks very nice and clean.You have a big clean Bathroom with enough towels.
After all it is one of the bests hotels I have stay in Pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The sanctuary of truth in North Pattaya.
