Stay 1 night in Business Club Room on 8th floor. Very nice experience. Lavazza Coffee maker is cool. Bathroom and its amenities are top notch. Staff service is quite good.

It was a very nice stay but a bit far from Walking Street. Also I woudl suggest that you put security guards on the side gate to protect hotel guests when they come back late at night .
Nightlife Tip:
Watch out for thieves. I had 2 professional people come to take my gold chain

A nice hotel in a good location. The entrance foyer is splendid but rooms are in need of an update. Great pools and views out to the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in spacious grounds away from the noisy nightlife bur close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants.

I always love the hotel personality, thai hospitality with kindness. The hotel location is among the best in Pattaya. I love tennis court which is right at the seaside. Service is impressive.

Excellent hotel in a conservative location. There are hotels with better locations in my opinion but it was decent. There were ants in the room but they didn't annoy us or anything. Check in service was excellent.

Comfortable hotel with great view, scene and decoration. Swimming pool is one of the strength which devided to salted and normal pool and surround by great scene. Good for relax and rejulvanate vacation. Staff also polite with greeting all the way.

great 5-star resort hotel but outdated rooms
private beach, nice swimming pools and garden.

large room but very outdated with a unpleasant smell. Beautiful indoor and outdoor garden, swimming pools, scenic area, tennis court, etc. For the price I paid, I wouldn't stay this hotel in the future.
