I think the bathroom doors need to change,They are not sound proof.There was lots of ants in our room after the 3rd day.After we reported it, it was taken care of.The staff were not fluent in English and at times it was difficult to communicate.

Good family hotel but a bit old

Staffs service quality among the highest (on the same page with Sheraton Pattaya and Holiday Inn Pattaya). Food is good. Location is good but traffic jam outside the hotel can put you off. Room interior is really old but spacious.

Stay in club grand room. The room is large, on the top floor with ocean view. The bed was comfort. The bathroom was large with walk-in closet, rain shower, bathtub. The snacks in club lounge were delicious but not variety.
