Hi there!
It was the first time I have visited a Dusit hotel.It was love for the first sight.I felt right away very comfy and cosy.The hotel is just a right size.Not crowded,quite.Just a way I like it.service is excellent.5 star hotel but not too much.You can feel like at home.nice and good space garden.location is excellent in pattaya.close to the central but when you are in the hoteland you feel like you are far from the madness and very relaxing.I will definetelly come back to stay in the hotel again
Nightlife Tip : go to the walking street in pattaya with partner to see a go go show

Service at the Club Lounge The Hotel has two Beaches. The Neach from North Pattaya is good and the Beach from South Pattaya is not goo for stay there.
The Hotel is very nice and good for stay in a the best area from Pattaya. The people who work in the Hotel is very friendly and also helpfull. It is also a good place for family's with chilren, because you have two Beaches and two big nice Pools with working life guards. The rooms looks very nice and clean.You have a big clean Bathroom with enough towels.
After all it is one of the bests hotels I have stay in Pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The sanctuary of truth in North Pattaya.

the room needs some embellishment. great sea view and pool.
but the decoration of room is kind of out of style.
room service is ok, but the receptionist gave me really bad impression. only two counters were opened so people have to queue a long line(there was even no place or order to queue). when checking out, the receptionist's attitude was also bad too.

Patio Furniture, constant building works. The patio furniture was plastic chairs and table, definitely not the quality one expects in a 5 star hotel. That was very disappointing. Also, the constant building works, including painting near the pool, didn't help the amenity at the time. Strange,as it was high season they might have scheduled it better. But - the highlights for us were the extremely good staff and the Peak Restaurant (Chinese style). We were caught up in the closure of the airport by PAD. The hotel management went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, telling us we had the room for as long as we needed to stay - which turned out to be an additional 5 days. We were very grateful for their concern for us, and they had no problems dispensing the meal coupons and discount for the rooms. We were very impressed by that. If you are going to stay in Pattaya, consider this hotel before all others.
Restaurant Tip : The Peak Restaurant in the hotel is a must. Great food, great views.

Spacious room with balcony, quiet location, two nice pools, beachfront, nice spa Confusing layout makes it difficult to go from one part of the hotel to the other. The Dusit Thani Resort is a very nice hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. I had a spacious ocean view room with a balcony overlooking one of the pools and the bay. The breakfast buffet had something for every taste, ranging from a variety of fresh tropical fruits to omelettes, pancakes, pastries, and more Asian breakfast foods. The spa was excellent, and hotel guests get a 20% discount. I could not use the fitness center because it was being renovated when I was there in Nov 2008 but it looked well equipped.
The hotel is located 1 or 2 miles from the central district of Pattaya and that is a good thing if you want some peace and quiet while still having good access to the hustle and bustle of the central district. There are many of the local taxis (enclosed pickup truck bed with two benches) that will take you to the central district and back at all hours for very reasonable rates.

Room was nice and clean.\nLocation was good.\nPool is nice. Fresh and warm towels readily available without hassle. \nUnlike other fancy Thai hotels, the complementary fruit actually had a good taste. I am grouchy. After a 2 hour drive and an arrival slightly later than I expected on a 24 hour weekend trip... my room wasn't ready. They proceed ed to try to 'up sell' me to a more costly room that included their brunch... this took 30 minutes of my precious time. I was tired and not interested and they had three people making me feel like a grouch for saying no... I would recommend don't pester the few customers you have during low season.... Put me in the room that they order without all the hastle. Oh yeah, they insisted on parking my car. When I left, they didn't know where it was, so I had to go get it. Its Pattaya.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you go to the beach, go to the roped off area to avoid the dangerous boats and jet skis.

The rooms are quite big, beds are very comfortable. In-room service was very quick. Great swimming pools overlooking the sea and bar inside the pool. I was a bit disappointed by the BBQ. Great selection but lack in taste. We decided to spend the weekend at Dusit Thani Resort in Pattaya after we found that our first choice was all booked up. A bit expensive for our pockets but enjoyed our stay there. The sea view rooms are quite big, very clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We slept in 4 with an extra bed and we were still at ease in the room. The swimming pools are just great. You can plunge in 5 different pools and they also have an infinity kind of pool were you can sip great cocktails inside the water with a great view of the sea. The personnel is very nice and attentive. The food not like Dusit Bangkok standard but still acceptable. On Saturday night they organize a great BBQ with an extensive choice of Italian, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Indian and Chinese foods. Some dishes were just delicious other just average (like the cakes). Yes I would go again, and would bring the children along who want to go back again. The Dusit Thani is in a great location in Pattaya, just step out into the hustle and bustle of the town.
Nightlife Tip : Just step outside the hotel for any kind of activity.

Very big complex with two pools and a lot of options for lunch and dinner. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The beach is not what you really expect when you go for holiday to Thailand. You have to pay additionally for internet usage. We had a garden view room. The rooms are clean and quite big and decorated in modern style. The hotel interior is very nice and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a lot of inhouse possibilities for lunch and dinner and in addition to that a nice bar with life music at night. Downtown can be reached within 5 minutes by Tuctuc. Although i am not quite sure you need to go there.

Good location - to go traveling further.
Nightlife Tip : Very easy to go to the city - Pattaya night life - restaurant on the boot with perfect service, pick up and return speedboot to pier with bicycle tuk tuk.
