Lovely hotel and service with a smile

i just completed my stay at dynasty inn, from a friend recommendation. i was a little leary about this hotel because i know most go to pattaya to party and have fun and was afraid the hotel would not be clean enough or too noisy. was i wrong!
i was surprised at how well kept this hotel is. shopping, nightlife and dinning is easily within walking distance. if you travel alone or as a couple i recommend this hotel. the food at the hotel was great as well.
the only con i would say is that this is not a family with children hotel, but not disguisting either.
Nightlife Tip:
nightlife is great and carry only enough money that you are willing to spend. everyone on walking street is out for your cash.

Dynasty is situated in the center of the city. It's located at the intersection of two streets: 2nd Street and Soi 13. Walking distance for any nightlife. Good shopping area. The beach, bars and cafes, they all are close to this hotel. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the Walking Street and and a two or three minutes to the beach. Staff is very friendly, rooms are cleaned quickly and cleanly. Wi-fi has a good speed. Large inroom safe, laundry in front of the hotel. There are ATMs and currency exchange offices close by. 7/11 and Family Mart next to the hotel.

Ok for the price

This was my first stay at this hotel. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean. It was surprisingly quiet for its location.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. It's handy for the
Beach Road, Walking Street, Buakhaw and all the other entertainment areas. The staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are comfortable. Each has a small balcony. The pool is only a tub on the roof, but I don't go for swimming pools much anyway.
Nightlife Tip:
You can't go wrong. Walk out of the hotel and you are up to your eyes in night life, even in the daytime.

this hotel is located right in the centre of town, although set back a few hundred metres from the beach (which is not up to much anyway). it is clean, efficient, well run, with in-room safe and comfortable bed. breakfast is not provided, but available in numerous places nearby. if you want to stay in the middle of pattaya (and there are arguments against that), this is a good choice.

the service here is good and the cafe good for meals but the non smoking rooms are at the back of the hotel and if on the lower floors you get little natural light, I would only stay again if the room was a superior one the standard was all that was available at the time I booked, its a good location and value for money, I would recommend this hotel but only on the higher floors, if you sleep all day and play all night then its great

Dynasty situated very conveniently in the center of the city. It's located at the intersection of two streets: 2nd Street and Soi 13. Ideal for nightlife (but quiet). Good for shopping. Comfortable to visit the beach, bars and cafes, because they all are close to this hotel.
It takes only 5 minutes to get to the Walking Street and Koh Larn ship's wharf by bahtbus.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are cleaned quickly and cleanly.
Wi-fi has a good speed. But it's nessesary to enter a password at the login page and the access point is different on each floor.
A small porch at the entrance with tables in the street.
Large inroom safe there (I could put in my 14" laptop there).
Laundry in front of the hotel. There are ATMs and currency exchange offices on the other side of 2nd Street.
7/11 and FamilyMart next to the hotel.
You can taste the delicious rice and noodles at the entrance to Familymart in the evening :)
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is an airconditioner block on the balcony in most rooms, which is noisy sometimes. Rooms with windows to the yard have not enough of privacy. You can hear the music from the bar (Wonderfull bar 2) opposite to rooms with balconies to Soi 13 at night. There is a small pool on the roof but with no sun-umbrellas.
