I think it would have been helpful if somewhere in your advertisement for the hotel it had stated that this was situated in the heart of the "Red Light District" of Pattaya. We would certainly not have stayed here had that been the case and would have chosen one of your other hotels. Saying that the hotel was very clean, the bedroom had very good beds and a very spacious bathroom, the staff helpful, the breakfast was excellent. If you like to be near the bars and lively night life then this is certainly the hotel for you.
Nightlife Tip:
Surrounded by lots of bars that seemed to stay open throughout the night.

hotel is great . people who work there can not do enough for you everone is so happy . the security guard s are so help full . room are clean and good for the money . the location of the hotel is great by all the bar s . this is one of the best hotel s i have stayed in pattaya . i will be staying there next time i go . this hotel is the best hotel for any men looking for a hotel my friend has just book this one again . food is good to . i am looking forward to pulling up to the hotel again in 2 month s time thanks richard

It is a nice hotel and is located in a very convenience location. Approx 5 mins walk to shopping center and the beach. The room and hotel is clean and new. I like pool bar at the pool and gym. Staff are very friendly and kind. Even the hotel is surrounded with many bars, inside the room is still quiet, which is really good.

would recomend staying at this hotel to anyone looking to stay in pattaya.. feels like a 5 star hotel however u only pay 4 star prices. Swimming pool and gym are first class and staff are friendly and efficient. Located walking distance from the beach i strongly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Pattaya

the hotel is a bit run down but the location is second to none. the bar and restraunts at the hotel are closed and the cafe is the only sorse for breakfast. the standard of the breakfast is well below standard and best be given a miss. the security is very good and the staff very friendly. no extra hidden charges for visotors like some others so what you see is what you get. staff are exellent and cant do enough for you to make your stay a happy one.
Nightlife Tip:
every restraunt and bar location to the hotel at nana is in easy walking distance

we stayed at this hotel for ten nights and it was faboulous. the second night we were their the people in the next room were extremely noisy banging doors and yelling out all night long . we complained to the front desk and they were great they spoke to these rude people straight away and gave us a lovely room on the next floor great pool area

I paid including tax and this is not a good hotel for a value. I've stayed more than 20 hotels in pattaya and this will not be my favorite list of hotels.

The Sunbeam hotel was everything I was looking for and more. The location was centerally located for my need. The area surounding the hotel had eveything you could need, laundry( cheaper then the hotel ) travel agents, 7-11, pharmacy ..etc. The staff was professional,with that wonderful Thai smile and attitude. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge selection. The quality and taste was a little better then most. You can find cheaper hotels on the same soi, but I will gladly pay the extra 5-10 dollars to stay at the Sunbeam again.

room light tone is not modern as seen on pics but ok.. a bit old condition but acceptable. restroom is too small especially bath.. other things is in average... location is good but the entrance street is too narrow in my opinion.
