once reach hotel, warm welcome by hotel receptionist and classic drink from hotel. fast check-in and check-out.
the room is tidy and clean, room service is great.
breakfast is perfect, alot of choices.

when the staff realised i had young kids, they put us on the other side of the hotel, which i've been told is considerably quieter at night. there is a lot happening around this neighbourhood, and the other side was fairly noisy as well, but it didn't bother us.
very close to the new central. beds were surprisingly comfortable, and they kept the rooms immaculately clean. will stay there again.

Service with a smile but too tired to noticed it.

I should have taken notice of previous reviewers comments about the location of the hotel, but thought to myself "How bad can it really be?" Well trust me it is bad. The local pharmacy across the road made more money from me for sleeping tablets than any of the bars did in the area.
The Manager and Bellman are very friendly and always greet with a smile but trust me you are to tired to notice it the following morning.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. I took the Manager up with me to the room on the 2nd day and showed him the the state of the room and the bathroom and he promised to speak to the people in charge and have the room cleaned. Well don't hold your breath because only the cups, the glasses and the wash basin were cleaned and the rest was left for the next customer to complain about.
The breakfast is dull and repetitive and if you want bacon or a omlet be sure to ask for it or you wont receive it.
Nightlife Tip:
Stay here if you are a night owl prowling the bars at night.

This hotel should appeal to travellers with preference to stay close to the action and near the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. During low season, it is also quiet except for the construction going on next door. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk where the sun and water can be enjoyed in abundance. No shortage of activities nearby at night either and of course shopping of all sorts and budgets can be found.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking Street is about 1 km away.

Rooms are very clean, the chef is excellent with food preparation. Staff in general is very friendly.

we stayed in a group of 8 people with 4 rooms, at check-in nobody welcome us, pool is good, location is very near to beach n walking street, less option for breakfast, we were planning to stay for 6 nights but later we checked out in 2 days, at the time of check out the staff closed the elevator for Repair (Paint touch up)we have to carry our luggage 4 floors down, communication problem, one can have better option available at a lesser price n better facilities.
Nightlife Tip:
A visit to Tony bar is must.
