Great location and rooms are not too big

Hotel location is very close to Pattaya beach only few step away and shopping center surrounded, Room conditions are good, looks clean but not too big, old furnitures. Good rate.
Nightlife Tip:
Hotel is located in the middle of Pattaya and in the Soi which have bars and nightlife show in front of hotel.

Good Location for Nightlife.5 min travel by Bhat bus or Taxi to Walking Street.2 min walking distance from Beach.Provision shop at level one in the hotel.Hotel street have more than 8 bars.2 or more travel Agency in the hotel street.2 min walk for Internet cafe and Massage centre.Indian Restaurant located near hotel.Safe locker for free of charge. Breakfast was good.Friendly service.But noisy at night in the lower floor rooms because of bar.Shower stand was broken.No lock for Balcony door.Wifi is available only in lobby for charge.

great hotel for men (or women)
very basic, clean, safe, door man 24 hours, safe deposit box in the lobby, refrigirator in the room, free breakfast, 2 min. walkink from the beach, bars all around.

not a 5 star hotel, but nice and clean enough for me.
noisy at at night (till 2 or 3 am) from loud music.
no bath tub, but nice and basic shower.

We stayed total 6 people and one child. We were quite not expressive with the hotel, include location, facilitites like no bath tub and not given the water not same like the other hotel which they give 2 bottles of water free. And other thing that very loud music. Overall we're not happy with this hotel so pls improve your hotel services.
Nightlife Tip:
It's good for nightlife only.

Great locations but questionable rooms, cozy.
Near the beach, clubs and tranportation. Inexpensive and simple.

during the holiday for thailand, it was a perfect location. my husband and i as well as our friends who stayed in the same hotel, felt it was just enough. there was a bed, bathroom, clean sheets and towels, and breakfast. what more does someone really need when staying in pattaya? it was great, but it had its ackwardness too.
Restaurant Tip:
Walk to Soi 5 on the main road, Pattaya and up to a great Thai restaurant. It had good food at good prices. Authentic atmosphere. Called Pim Kitchen.

This hotel discriminates against ladyboys

I had an upgrade to a Superior room.
Location - in the midst of open bars & many more tourist businesses, so everything was very convenient in terms of transport, food, entertainment etc
But being surrounded by tens of bars with loud music, the area finally turns somewhat peaceful when all the music stopped at 4am. So if you are the type who goes to bed before midnight, this area is not suitable for you.
On the whole the hotel is good for a 2-3 star hotel, with efficient & friendly staff.

This hotel was very basic for the price and so noisy at night from the bars.The only saving grace for this hotel was the pool.
Nightlife Tip:
Unless you are in Pattaya for obvious reasons then don't stay at this hotel. If you are in Pattaya for nightlife and girls then I would imagine it's fine. Not recommended for couples.

Overall the Hotel is value for money but some of the rooms are not maintained properly.Good Buy for someone who is looking at a decent location within a budget range.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to the Jomtien Beach for a More Cleaner Environment and Less Rush
