The hotel location is great for nightlife as well as for beach lovers. Easy to get beach, just need to cross the road. A lot of bars in one step access. No extra fees for one visitor.

the location is great for shopping and all types of entertainment. Right in the heart of the action. room was large and bed was large and comfortable. nice little bar downstairs in the lobby. elevators are hard to find. great location. within walking distance of everything

Great location, minutes away from Beach Road and 2nd street

first time i stayed in this area of pattaya, very convenient to nightlife and spring festival mall.room ok, bed very comfortable, a/c was great. nice pool.
only negative is no safes in rooms.

the stay was enjoyable and there were no problems. my room was cleaned well every day and breakfast was reasonably good. the swimming pool and its surrounds were very relaxing and the onsite massage shop is excellent and inexpensive. the soi is very noisy and busy,but when you are in your room at night, you can't hear much noise.
Shopping Tip:
Central Festival complex is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and has a great variety of shops and is clean and spacious.

I was happy to stay this hotel cause that is located at pattaya center. Festival mall is nearby , walk about 5 minute can reach Pattaya beach and easy to get food around the place. Actually I choose superior twin room, but that never provide this type room. so that change standard twin room for me. Breakfast is simple only.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Festival Mall, Pattaya beach, mini siam and tropical park is a place must go visit.

Best hotel in Pattaya for the price

i've been staying in many hotels while in pattaya between the day price range and find eastiny place the best value for the money. the hotel recently was remodeled and looks very neat however it's only fair to mention some weak points as well. no free internet. you may pay for wi-fi alas for some reason did not work on my laptop. paid for 5 days in vain. stayed on the 6th floor but still was an ant issue. we did not have food in the room but if you left anything out for more than 5 minutes, even cosmetics got attacked by ants. this. however could be fixed and is no deal breaker. buffet breakfast is very good, huge, clean swimming pool.
Shopping Tip:
The plaza is next door, you can buy anything you need there. Convenient baht bus 3 minutes to Walking Street for 10 baht. And yes, the hotel is girl friendly.

as always this is a good clean hotel with not to small rooms friendly staff and a decent breakfast. have a useable pool for a real swim. only minus is you have to pay for wifi what should be included in the overall price to meet the competition.

our staying its not very convenince there as for the service its very poor we booked 2 room one room need an extra bed but there dont have it for us so we have to take another room, for the location its good for single person not for famillys and Breakfut its not much choice parking its limits....
