Nice clean hotel

Staff excellent room comfortable and reception staff very helpful
Shopping Tip:
Plenty of good shopping near hotel. the spa at this hotel has everything and the one thing I would highly recommend is to get a body scrub at the spa attaced to the hotel. There is a new shopping centre just around the corner from the hotel and further down beach road ther are two more shopping centres here.

we stay in this hotel for one week, for this long stay this hotel is not so good, maybe for 1 or 2 nights it would be ok. staff need better performance, rooms quite old but clean. hotel has a nice pool but no good view only buildings around. food was only ok, but i think there are much more better places around. i would choose another hotel if could turn back time.

this is a nice hotel, the rooms are large, clean, good aircon
food from the restaurant is good, good size portions and good value generally the staff are helpful and polite.the hotel is in a great location on soi 8 good night life and close to central festival shopping mall. the swimming pool is large and well maintained

Great Hotel & pool large clean rooms
A few paces to the beach, inthe middle of night life area and good size pool

hassle free hotel, rooms recently repainted tiled floors and good air con.
the pool is nearly full width of hotel block with upper deck for extra tanning with lower section in shadow.
breakfast is reasonable but could be varied a little to keep interesting.
dozens of bars and eating places around. good $ room value.
Restaurant Tip:
Major shopping complex next street "Central Plaza" with basement $3-$4 meals & two levels of restaurants upstairs.

"Great location and nice swimming pool"

The hotel is considered to be a very good choice for us. Initially, when we arrived at the hotel, we were not so happy about the reception area as it was rather small and dark. But after checked in and went to the room,nice. The pool was also good length and breakfast choice was acceptable. The location would be reccommended as we did not have car so it was convenience to get elsewhere! Good choice!
Restaurant Tip:
Poo-Pen seafood restuarant in Jom-tien. Great seafood and nice view.

location of hotel great, staff great, only problem we had was our shower water pressure sometimes we had no pressure other times we just had mainly hot water and no cold pressure.
we stayed in 2 different rooms on this trip and there was no trouble in the first room it was just the second room that it was a problem.
i would definatly stay in this hotel again as it is in a great location for everything

Good Location - Service Below Expectation

Staff not as friendly as expected but a plus is someone came fix aircon immediately when asked. Breakfast is very limited. Value Ok with discount-I was able to get a better room/better service on same location for cheaper price - Would not book this hotel again in a hurry.

not many smiles at this hotel

arrived early. staff at reception said that room would be ready at 13.00. returned at 13.00 still not ready, another 30 minutes, returned at about 14.00.they said all ready.went to room dirty floor, door was wide open, mess everywhere..the room wasn,t ready, spoke to the bell boy who worked behind reception, not very helpfull at all, in fact very ignorant..he gave me the impression that he was doing me a favour by letting me stay at the hotel..his customer care skills were between zero and minus 10...he said the maid will clean the room.in the end they gave me a different room.it was now about 15.30..got to the room it was clean, but when you look out of the window you look staright at people sunbathing as it is level with the pool.went to see the helpfull bellboy behind reception who said you paid for a standard ,thats what you get.later in evening went to reception to see if i could upgrade, she was more helpfull and said i could the following day, which i did.the superior room was on a higher floor and nicer.everytime i went to reception to get key the bell boy would never say please thank you..i would say there were maybe 1 or 2 people on reception and 1 serving behind the bar who had manners..people like the bellboy behind reception should not be facing customers as those sort of people drive customers away..once i upgraded ,the hotel itself was average, but some of the staff spoilt it for me, propably the worst hotel i have stayed in Thailand from a staff point of view.i wont be staying here again
