Solo travelers United States of America, April 23, 2013	Adequate for the price Location and Price 7.7 I have stayed at this hotel twice before 5 years ago and 3 years ago - at that time I found this hotel to be a very good value with a great location. Unfortunately the hotel has not been maintained as well as it should have and I found everything a notch or two lower than past stays. The breakfast food was a notch lower in quality but still adequate; the pool and the pool area was a disappointment dirty and unkempt; room is a nice size but looking old and in need of some paint and refurbishing.

Solo travelers United Kingdom, April 17, 2013	good, relaxing location, good English,good staff 8 With only a short walk to either of the main streets this hotel provides an excellent location for people who want to stay in Pattaya. The beach is only a two minute walk away as is your nearest bar. The staff were good, very helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was basic but sufficient for my needs. My room was clean and kept tidy by the excellent housekeeping staff and there was always plenty of hot water. The only downsides are that the pool is small and there are not enough sun beds to accommodate all the people who are staying in the hotel and you had to pay for WIFI in your room.
