Great to sit in the restaurant by the pool.

The hotel did not process our Agoda booking, was not ready for us and was fully booked when we arrived Friday night. They moved us to another of their hotels which was completely the opposite atmosphere to what we had wanted. Very diosappointing. We were able to return to the hotel of our choice for the second night and the staff upgraded our room.

Extremely disappointing, rooms were a good size but not very clean, I moved rooms several times and they all had mould or problems like non working air-con. Hotel was pretty far out of city so hiring transport is essential. Breakfast was included but food wasn't kept covered adequately so tended to be covered in flies. Only good point about this hotel was the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

i've been coming to this hotel every year for the past four years, and the warm helpful staff makes me coming back each year. the villa rooms were spacious and clean.
breakfast was a major disappointment though. not because of the food, but because of the bus loads of ill mannered chinese tourists who were loud, rude, and were making a mess.

Great hotel

Ive been coming to pattaya for years and its hard to find a hotel in this category for the price and location. Its and old favorite of mine so maybe i give it to much credit but the rooms are clean, its in a good location, serves good food and has well kept decent size swimming pools that get sunshine and have beds and umbrellas.
Been here 3 weeks and stayed in 8 hotels and still tried to get back in here for my last week, not surprisingly its fully booked.
Travel tip:
baht buses can be flagged down outside front of hotel, they travel the circuit right down to walking street, you can get off anywhere along the way for only 10 baht its a steel.

Nice resort but far from the city

The pool is very nice and the resort is also very nice. You will get value for your money. The breakfast could be better but the staff was friendly. There is a massage shop just across the street from the resort and that is about it. There are no shops in the neighbourhood. There is a traditional thai market a few hundred meters away.

The pool is great and the resort itself is nice but it is located very far away from the city and transportation is very difficult to get. It is mostly a tour group hotel with most of the guests from china. The tour group guests were quite noisy. The location is too far away from the city but you will get value for your money at this hotel.

I don't like the open part in the shower room, too easy for biting insects to get in. Otherwise very good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
At this hotel you are outside the lively area of the city, which is a good thing, but you are not far from tourist attractions.

I stayed at this resort several times and each time, the quality and standards have been consistent,y good. The staff is friendly - smiling and helpful. The reception is quick and easy. No hassle.
The rooms are clean, all features work, and the two towels folded intricately into elephants always reminds me - I am home I'm Pattaya.
The buffet breakfast is generous and refills are prompt.
Location is near a market, shops, ATM and even the famous Sityodtong Boxing Gym.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you like to try Muaythai boxing, there is a muay thai gym 900 meters away. Give it a try.
You can go shopping at outlet malls or normal shopping malls. Go ask the reception..

Quiet Hotel out of the hustle and bustle of Pattay

We have stayed here 3 times, there is building work going on at the moment but it really wasnt noisy,tends to be for people staying 1 night only but we have stayed there for 2 weeks before. Nice Pool.

It isnt near the centre of town, but has resturants within walking distance and some nice ones within reach by taxi.We have stayed there 3 times now
